Our room was nice, clean and exactly what we needed. We used extra pillows during our stay which were delivered. Breakfast was "ok" . We were happy to have the option. We did not use these but having washer/dryer and fitness room on sight is a plus. The staff was nice, answered our questions, and were polite.

There were no eggs, or sausage on the breakfast. This could have been due to the high price of eggs and meat. There was also no coffee available in the late afternoon. They were not making anymore either for the day. It was really cold in that time frame that we were at the hotel. The second morning we skipped breakfast and ate in the room instead.

The beds were so comfortable. And the breakfast hours fix our schedule. I even made a new friend!

My 77 year old husband nearly slipped in the bathtub. The floor of the tub was extremely slippery. He had to place a towel on the floor of the tub to give him the stability he required to balance. I think maybe it was the cleaning product used on the but. After sweeping my feet several times while showering, I felt the tub was much more stable. This was our only complaint about the facilities. Thanks for everything.

Everything seemed pretty clean. The room was comfortable and I slept well in the bed. The pool looks nice even though it’s too cold to be open right now. The location was wonderful and if it wasn’t cold and rainy, I would have walked a lot more to all the places around.

The breakfast was OK. I didn’t expect much for the price. I was actually surprised they provided breakfast at all. I would have liked maybe some type of protein like eggs or yogurt. Everything was bread-based and I can’t have that many carbohydrates so I couldn’t really eat Much for breakfast other than a little orange juice and a bite of biscuit. It would be nice if the trashcan was moved a little farther away from the door by the pool because the people that smoke stand right outside the door near the trashcan and it blows the smoke inside of the hallway and makes the buildings smell gross.

We had a lovely time in our four days here! The front desk were very accommodating with our requests for another blanket and more towels. The King room was lovely with its teal theme. Had a good rest here.

The laminate floor felt strange to the feet, as if it was waxed or sticky. The soap also had a horribly strong smell that lasted all night! Sorry it didn't suit us. We needed my shampoo to get rid of the scent

Staff is always great when I stay there.

Breakfast is pretty minimal for anyone who is either vegetarian or nutrition-conscious. No eggs. All I could eat was the oatmeal. Also, the plastic keys to open the rooms were HORRIBLE. They demagnetized after one or two uses...if we were lucky! Sometimes we'd have them magnetized at the front desk, walk upstairs and they still didn't work. I know to keep them away from things in my purse so much of the time I kept them in my pants pocket and it still kept happening. My friend who stayed there with me had the same problem. We must have burned through 8-10 cards in our one week stay.

The location was close to everything you could need. Very busy street and traffic. Right across from a huge mall. Bob Events right in front of the hotel and walkable.

Breakfast could use improvement. The hot food was cold. Bisquit and gravy was cold, and the biscuits were hard as rock because they had been over the warming burner. You had juice, either an orange/apple, cereal or could make a waffle.

It's in a great location. We have stayed there multiple times right across the street from mall. Everything's happening around there. It's only about 10 minutes from downtown from the casino and the Ford center.Great place great value

This time , they decided to do work at eight thirty in the morning right across the hall From us wasn't great timing That is the only thing I can complain about

It was a excellent hotel as the outside pool and the area was clean and nice and stayed open until 11pm and open at 8am my 7year old love that she got to night swim and day swim it's not far from Holiday world splash and safari, at all where we was visiting twice. The staff was very nice,helpful,kind,caring. The breakfast was hot; amazing good selection and the coffee was amazing different creamers which is a plus for me lol the juice tasted like juice the breakfast bar stayed open so every guest could get even after the hours very respectful of them. I will be staying again here, the price was reasonable as well. Only downfall is bring your own pillows cause very uncomfortable pillows the bed was amazing sleeping on a cloud but I threw every pillow in the ground so uncomfortable 😣 slept better no toss or turn just laying my head in the mattress it was sleeping on a ☁️. Besides that it was an amazing hotel and amazing stay and trip. The staff was very nice, respectful,kind,caring. I recommend this hotel!!

The pillows as bring your own pillows as they had no washcloths in bathroom and the bathtub was chipping but besides those small things it was a excellent hotel and stay.

Breakfast was good

They didn't email me my final receipt. They add 2 pets only had 1 on the thre day. Added extra charges each day from 10- 12 dollars as a separate charges. Didn't return my deposit and nothing was damaged. Charged a day on my card I didn't approve of. House keeping went into the room when had do not disturb sign hanging on door.

We were in town for Frog Follies and this hotel was a little further from our last hotel stay but we were willing to try. This Howard Johnson to say the least was definitely worth the extra travel. We have already booked our stay for next year! Our room was very clean and stocked, the staff were all very polite and took the extra time if needed to satisfy.
