Location is good lots of places to eat and shop all within about 2 miles. Breakfast was good plenty of choice. Beds very comfortable and all areas clean. The pool is a good size but was a bit on the cold side but ok once you were in. It could do with abit more maintenance e.g . Removing weeds/grass. It can be abit noisy as it is at the back of the hotel which has the highway, but again you get used to it. Overall a very enjoyable stay and have booked for next year.

I'd say the only thing would be the pool could have been warmer and the coffee in the lobby was rarely hot.

Comfortable bed and breakfast was really good.

When I arrived the AC was off so the room was hot and the refrigerator wasn’t cold. The pool was green and gross so they ended up closing it. They never told us that we could use the pool next room until I was checking out. When you pay extra for a pool and can’t use it because it’s not been maintained properly then to find out that I could have enjoyed a pool if the staff would have told us. The only reason I got the hotel was to enjoy the pool.

Convent area that was quiet. Parking was great, lobby was very nice and decorated for Christmas. Breakfast was what you expect eggs were good nice choices in yogurt. Room was nice sized and good choices in pillows bed was comfy.

We stayed 2 nights and when we got in on the second night our room keys did not work so I had to go back down to the front desk. Carpet in the room needs cleaned and tub didn’t drain well was ankle deep in water.

We stay here quite often, always friendly staff, clean and comfortable.

I would of rate the higher, one of the reasons we like staying there they had full size pillows which I like, now they got these 1/2 size pillows, they're terrible, not comfortable at all, if you roll at all, you're off the pillow, I look for hitels that have the full sizr pillows, probably won't stay there anymore unless it's the only thing available, pillows are no go there.

Bed/Bathroom stocked and cleaned well, Room was nice with seating area. Warm beverage bar available. Hot breakfast bar and other items. Lobby was was nice. Night worker was carefully mopping the entry floors by lobby. Staff friendly, helpful.Check in and out quick easy, no wait. This place was quiet , but full on the day we were there. Easy to find location.

***The room had been cleaned well. ***Room smelled strongly of cigarette smoke the entire stay. We are non smokers. Comforter was flat and thin like the sheets( needed replaced). This was not a cleaning problem.

I thought the breakfast was good. Coffee was a little on the weak side but acceptable .

It would have been helpful to have a large trash receptacle near the elevators on each floor to rid the room of trash that is collected over the stay as the cleaning service is not daily as it used to be. The trash can in the lobby was often full. The desk in the front lobby was often unattended.

The location was good, the room was really good. We particularly liked the note that the room would only be serviced every three days. We normally request a service like that and this time we did not have to.

The goodies bar in the lobby could be replaced with vending machines with more realistic prices. Even at that existing prices, I did not like having to pay at the front counter.

The King suite was super comfortable with plenty of space for us. The bed was beyond comfortable and we had everything we needed for our stay. Elisha at the front desk was very helpful and super friendly. We got there quite early, but she took our information and called us as soon as our room was ready. The breakfast was very good! And the lady (I really wish I had gotten her name) who was keeping it stocked and cleaned up for an amazing job! She was very friendly, and helpful. This is definitely a place we will return to.

There really isn't much, if anything that we didn't like about it.

It was a good location for the activities that we were going to. Easy to het where we was going and easy to find. The breakfast was good and a nice way to start the day and to not have to ho somewhere else to get it.

When checking in, the motel had canceled my third-party reservation. They tried to blame it on the third party, but it wasn't the third party. They did take care of it, but the lady at the desk was a little rude about it before taking care of it. There was a little highway noise, but nothing bad. The good did outweigh the bad. If I'm back in the area, I would give them another try.

There was a mixup with payment. I pre paid for multiple nights, I showed up at night on the first night and they canceled my booking and charged me for 1 night at a different rate then I pre paid, then in order to give me a room they had to book me again which then I paid for 2 nights. I ended up overpaying at the time and they didn’t know how to fix it.
