The breakfast is so yummy with lots of choices. Every staff I came in contact with was so polite. Even if we were walking in the hallways and passed by room service or other staff, we were always greeted with a smile and a hello. The hotel itself was up to date and clean. We loved the hot chocolate and coffee that was offered by the front desk. We had an issue with our toilet while we were there and was able to get a plunger and fix the problem. I got texts from the front desk each day asking how things were or if we needed anything. Each of those little things made a big difference and made our stay there very enjoyable and comfortable.

Location was great for a Softball tournament. Hotel was newer and pretty. Breakfast was good.

We drove in and arrived early (11:00). We arrived in 90 degree heat and asked if we could check in if our room was ready. I was concerned about leaving all of our luggage and souvenirs in the car during afternoon softball games at Deaconess fields. I was told if the room was available there would be a $75. Fee for early check in. If the room was ready… I can’t believe we couldn’t stash our belongings in the room. We are a senior citizen couple. It’s not like we needed the room to have a wild party and use the pool. I was disappointed but not willing to add $75. More dollars to bill that already seemed high. Also the humidity in the room was so high that everything was damp and towels never dried out.

Central location. Friendly staff. Modern and spacious room. Large dining area for breakfast. One of the staff cleaned off my vehicle after the snow/ice storm. I did not have an ice scraper. I asked for one and planned to clean the vehicle my self, but the staff member did and said he was happy to help me. What a blessing he was today!!!! My daughter has stayed here before and has mentioned multiple times how nice the staff is. Now, I understand why she is happy with this Hampton Inn and recommends it often!

Our TV was having issues and front desk immediately came up to our room to help. The 24 hour food selection by front desk had a great variety for a midnight snack. We had to check in early for my daughter's cheer competition and front desk made sure our room was ready to go to be on time!

I liked the bed. It was very comfortable. Really liked that the shower was step in because my husband has back and leg issues and this was much better for him versus stepping into a tub.

The room had a slight smell and if there was an exhaust fan in the bathroom, it didn’t work very well.

The employees were so friendly and helpful. The property was well kept. Stay was nice. Breakfast was good with wide selection of options.

No overhead fan in the bathroom. No refrigerator in the room. Bathroom was very small if two people were trying to use at same time.

the beds were hard as bricks. Disappointed no microwave or frig, especially for a 2 night stay but I should have read the information more closely

We always choose Hampton Inn we love the rooms and the beds are so comfortable. Always clean the only thing they must have changed their policy about cleaning the rooms. Which that was okay but the trash needs to be emptied if you are their 4 nights we were there Tuesday through Saturday morning. And you really need to have more than 1 roll of toilet paper for that many days which I did go downstairs and I was given one. The staff was awesome and the food was great I would definitely stay with you again. Thank you for a great place to rest .

Staff were friendly and accommodating. The person that was supposed to drive the shuttle hadn't shown up yet so the desk clerk was nice enough to drive me to the airport, which I greatly appreciated. Bed and pillows were comfortable. Shuttle service to the airport plus proximity to the airport made my early flight a non-issue. The soap in the bathroom was fantastic.

Some kids were running the halls when I was trying to get to sleep. The toilet paper was lower quality than hoped or expected . The price is higher than it should be by $40 to $60. The Country Inn was just as nice as far as the room was consider and was $60 cheaper.

Facility was clean and beautiful. Was not a microwave and fridge in my room. I thought that was standard. Perhaps I just booked the wrong room.

Breakfast was not very tasty. Eggs were dry. It was nearly impossible to get to the Oatmeal and Waffle station!
