The convenience of staying at the casino and the quietness of the legends tower.

We almost always stay in the legends tower and the room we stayed in was nice but needs some maintenance. The TP holder was loose, the vents needed to be cleaned, the rain head shower head seemed to be clogged as it had terrible water flow. The cleaning staff does not like to clean the rooms If you are still staying in them. We asked for more towels and to service the room and they dropped a bag of towels inside the door. I am probably one of the few people that enjoys them Coming in and making the bed, emptying trashes and replenishing Towels and taking dirty towels out. It was clean and tidy when we got there so I know they clean pretty good too.

It’s clean and conveniently located.

We booked a King non smoking room a month ago. Apparently they over booked King rooms so they had to put us in a double queen room. We cannot both sleep in a queen bed anymore so it wasn’t ideal. It would’ve been a little easier to swallow had they been willing to give us something to compensate, but nothing was offered.

I like the fact that only guest can access the floor they’re staying on. Made me feel real safe. Everything in our room was clean. The room was cozy.

The only breakfast option is available at the Deli right outside the Casino and is mediocre they didn’t have Milk or liquid flavored creamer. They only had half and half in liquid form but they did have flavored powder creamer which you have to put a ton in just to make the coffee have flavor.

I liked the fact it's secured for women to travel alone I liked the fact the parking was close to hotel & casino

I didn't like the fact housekeeping woke us up at 8:30 in the morning when we reached the hotel late & tried to come in again at 10 am while I was getting out of the shower. Check out time was 11am. I sent the manager an email about our experience just an hr ago I hope he makes this right.

Our room was spacious with 2 very comfortable queen beds with plenty of pillows, floor to ceiling mirror that doubled as a door to the closet and walk-in shower. There is a little deli to grab a quick snack or have dinner at the Tap House inside the Casino. A quick 4 block walk to Main Street to enjoy local eateries, the Ford Center, and lovely Historic buildings to look at. Or stroll along the scenic riverfront.

Our room didn't have a fridge, but there was an ice machine & vending machine for cold drinks.

Everything was great the bed & pillows was comfortable and the walk-in shower was the best! Good hot water pressure..the room is spacious and clean

The air filter in the room needs changing and couldn't really adjust the temperature right cause there is no indicator of how far your turning the heater temperature from

The location was great as we were within 5 minutes of my wife's mom. This was like our 4th time staying there when we have visited Infiana. If & when we come back we will probably stay here again for sure!!

The only issue we had was with whatever detergent the sheets are washed in made my wife's skin have a reaction & break out in hives on the 2nd morning. It has been over 2 months since she had broken out since we started using Allergen detergent. This was the only issue we had which was easily handled by some allergy pills.

Perfect location for getting around Evansville. The legends tower was nice.

Areas near elevators in casino/parking ramp smelt like garbage. Normal but noticeable wear and tear in certain areas of hotel/casino. Parking garage had some questionable wooden support beams…

Only had one representative checking in guests when we first arrived. This was quickly remedied as two additional desk reps came to get guests checked in. Ate at The Tap House onsite before attending a concert at a nearby venue. Food was really good, service was good. Then enjoyed games in casino after concert before retiring to a very comfortable bed.

The room was nice. The meal was nice. We had a good time.

That the casino is all smoking. Makes it hard for us non smokers to breathe. We had to leave and head back to our room around 9 because of the smoke. That’s lost money for the casino because I wound have played longer.
