The facilities were clean. The staff was friendly.

The darkening curtain was falling off at the sides. The sink drain stopper did not hold water. The inside handle on the shower glass was loose. We did tell the staff these things when we left. She said she would tell maintenance. I'm sure she did.

The bed was extremely comfortable. The staff was excellent.

The shower in my room was dirty & gross looking. I unpacked, showered & tried to watch tv. My tv signal wasn’t working so I had to keep going down to the lobby to get a different remote then a different room. The staff was so friendly, but it was frustrating to have unpacked & ready to relax to re-pack & move again. Then there was a large bug in my new room, but I didn’t want to move again.

Close to University. Upgrades did improve a lot for lobby and outside. Room was clean but the new wallpaper in bathroom was coming off the wall. I’m sure they will take care of that. The staff was fantastic. Both checking in and leaving the next day. When you’re tired, staff that makes you feel comfortable when you arrive is so important. They did a great job.

They do need an ice machine on the second floor.

I requested a roll in shower due to being in a wheelchair. We were given a handicapped tub with a slide in bench.Bathroom grab bar to side of toilet was loose.. There was water damage to wall to the point the wall was pushed in behind the wallpaper.

Breakfast was excellent. the location was great for our purposes.

The only thing we were disappointed in was the pool. Water temperature was too cool, in need of some repair, and it was small. we would have preferred a hot tub.

When the Elevator shift on me and drop. About 2" on Monday 22nd.and me and my cousin had to wait a few minutes to get out and the next day we had to walk down the stairs,I and my cousin have Arthritis in our legs.everything else was good.

The breakfast was amazing and the lady working there was super friendly and very attentive about the breakfast items. The ladies at the front desk were very friendly and helpful.

There wasn't anything we didn't like.

The hotel was very clean.

There was mold in our room. I am not sure if it was in the heating/ cooling unit or just around the windows. I am highly toxic to mold.

The place was very clean, and all the desk employees were very nice and helpful! This is a great place!

very close to USI, excellent breakfast. very helpful front desk staff

our room was on an end close to the highway. very loud. it never really let up. and our keys didn’t work in the AM. have to have them rescanned in under 11 hours
