Comfortable. Well maintained. Had a tub. Good bed.

Our only issue was noise. It was the week between Christmas and NY. Very few guests were there. Our second night the desk placed a team of young basketball players in several rooms across the hall from us. They were noisy. Our third night - we came in from dinner and the woman at the desk said she was waiting for some late check ins. At 11:15 we were awakened by people arriving in the room on the other side of our bed. Again noisy. We didn’t appreciate these things, considering there were many rooms open. We would have appreciated the staff being more considerate.

Breakfast is standard, most of which I cannot eat. Healthy non processed food options would meet my needs better. The housekeeper chased us down to the lobby when she found a pillow we had inadvertently left behind. The road noise was pretty loud and those Kerrigan coffee makers tend to work for the first cup or two and then they stop.

Henderson is full of history, it is an amazing city that played an important part in developing our country.

The south end of town has a few questionable areas. The centre of town is beautiful as are historic areas on the outskirts, I would avoid the south end at night although two of the main cemeteries are located there, going to the area in the day time is ok.

I really enjoyed this hotel. I've been staying at Holiday inn Express lately and I feel like they are a step above other comparable hotel chains in the price range. I really think the rims are a little larger. The beds are a little nicer and I the breakfast selection is better

The staff were great! The bed was clean and comfy. Sanitizer wipes provided. The breakfast was individually wrapped and sanitary. The soap, shampoo, etc. we’re high quality products. You get access to the YMCA.

The carpet in the room was sticky. I put on socks to walk around.

Location and size of room

The room was clean until i pulled back the covers. The top sheet literally had a streak of feces on the sheet. Not stained either.

The staff was especially friendly and helpful. The breakfast was delicious and we enjoyed the newspaper too.

The tubs were very slippery, one friend fell and pulled the shower curtain down.

I thought it was a little pricey but we chose to stay anyway. The most important thing to us was that the room be clean. It was
