The hotel is very clean and has everything you need! We stayed for a concert at Ford Center, and it was only a 10-15 minute walk. The breakfast has eggs and bacon along with traditional Continental breakfast items. There is an indoor pool with an additional outdoor lounge/lay out area that you don’t see other places. Lots of little nice areas to hangout around the property.

The area does not have restaurants nearby, but not the property’s fault…just something to keep in mind. It’s pricey, but upscale and cheaper than hotels near Nashville’s Bridgestone Arena.

Staff really worked to make sure our needs were met when our room wasn’t available. We were very satisfied with the outcome and could tell front desk worked hard and were very dedicated. Herbert made the best espresso martinis as he tended bar and checked customers in! Our room was clean, quiet, spacious and comfortable. We also liked that the location was within walking distance to good restaurants, river walk and bars like the speak easy on main st. We found a live band playing on the street and enjoyed a drink from the local bar that sponsored them. Nice casual yet energized environment within about 1/4 miles the hotel.

The breakfast was just ok. Would enjoy coffee being available longer.

i am not a breakfast person but the layout and there were many options But the best part was they accommodated to my request for dinner option, I am a vegetarian and they made a special salad and sandwich for me, The staff was very nice and pleasant to communicate with,.

If they will keep the vegetarian items separate from the meat items that way it will be very convenient for a strict vegetarian like me to enjoy the breakfast as some guests were using the same spoons to serve

This hotel was great! It has great proximity to the downtown area. We were there for a mercy me concert at the Ford center. We only had to walk about 4 blocks. It is also a couple blocks from the river. Rooms were very clean and noise from other rooms was pretty much non-existent. They do have a complimentary breakfast which is very delicious. There are bagels, toast, eggs, sausage, potatoes, Danish, juices and more. If we are ever in the area again we will definitely come back here. Staff was very friendly as well!

I loved the location. It was very close to where we needed to be for dance competition. The hotel was clean and beds were comfortable.

Breakfast was ok. Nothing too exciting and not a large selection. The walls were also very thin. We could hear children jumping and screaming in their rooms down the hall. I’m glad we were on the top floor, or else I’m sure we would have heard people above us as well. We also had to wait forever, at both check-in and check-out, for somebody to come to the front desk. The bar area was incredibly loud when we arrived, which was a bit off-putting.

I loved the location, especially being in the downtown area where everything looked clean and older buildings were renovated. It was easy to get on the expressway to go to retail and restaurant areas. The entire Hyatt hotel looked new and clean, was well maintained, and smelled fresh. Towels were not old, dingy, or thin. Bed was very comfortable. I loved having a sofa to sit on to watch tv or read a book.

I wasn't able to eat any of the breakfast, except for the oatmeal. I have to eat gluten free foods and can't have the spices that were put in the eggs. It would have been great if the eggs were plain so that travelers could add their own spices if they desired to do so. My husband thought the potatoes tasted bad. He was disappointed that there were few yogurt choices, no pancakes or waffles, and the bacon/sausage was saturated with grease.

Lobby smelled good, looked clean and check-in was easy. The room was nice and spacious, very modern, shower had good pressure, pool was clean, not overly chlorinated and was warm for an indoor pool. Everything worked, no "Out Of Order" signs anywhere. The fitness room was big and machines worked, even had a set of free weights. I would recommend anyone coming to the area to visit. Good job Hyatt!

Parking was a little different, but was not a problem.

The location was great. Close to restaurants, the river walk and historic area. Rooms were very nice. Breakfast was great. Staff was nice

When I tried to check in I couldn’t find any staff at the desk or anywhere. Waited 20 minutes. Turned out the person at the desk also had to work in the kitchen a he was getting meal together for someone. Not enough help! Next morning when I wanted to check again couldn’t find anyone. Staff from kitchen looked and couldn’t find person who was supposed to be working the desk either. He just took my info. Need more staff!

Overall appearance is beautiful. Staffing was very exceptional (especially the wonderful woman who checked us out). Bed and pillows were amazingly comfortable. Overall room was fantastic. Larger screen tv than most hotels...major plus. Best hotel breakfast I've ever had!! Already planning our next stay. Thank you

Location wasn't desirable considering all the road work, but very conveniently located to our venue

Everything was up to date. Other than one night worker who was a lady not knowing where the toilet paper was after hours, our stay was exceptional.

Larger room service menu would have been nice. One day we asked for our room to be cleaned after we left later in morning and came back 4 hours later and it was not cleaned.
