- Floors were bright and clean everywhere - Pool was well maintained, especially for being outdoors - Breakfast had good variety and plenty of food available even towards end of breakfast serving window - Clean rooms - Good location, easy to get to the nearby shops for anything you may need - Super good water pressure in the shower

-Rooms were mostly clean. The only thing I found which was questionable was some odd dark spots/ staining on the chair in the corner. Not a big deal because I only used it to set a bag on top of, but questionable.

This place was absolutely amazing it was a very relaxing place the staff were very friendly. The rooms were so clean and very well kept up housekeeping super friendly and professional. The best part of the stay would have to be breakfast there's a staff member cooking and restocking and bringing out fresh food all throughout breakfast hours so many options and the food was delicious can honestly say this has been one of my favorite stays in Evansville and there's has been a lot of stays definitely will be booking only here from now on

There was nothing to complain about

Everything about the property was excellent. The price was great and the breakfast was wonderful.

We did have an issue with the reservations. We had reserved four rooms for one night and one room for 2 nights and when the person arrived, that needed the extra night she was told there was no reservation made for additional night. They were able to provide her with a room but made her pack up her stuff and check out. Then, check in with the rest of the group for the one night. Also, we were put on the same floor with a lot of children who were allowed to run wild in the halls until late into the night, which made it hard to get to sleep.

Staff very helpful. Wasn.t sure how to use TV remote and the young man at the desk came up and assisted us. Needed copies made and the gals at the front desk assisted us. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!

The water pressure in ;the shower was almost non existence. Everyone was messing with the shower head to try to get better water pressure shower leaked because I think the head was not right, Maintenance came up and fixed the leak, but it did not improve the pressure.

Breakfast was great and had so many choices. Room was clean and beds were comfortable. Location was good. Will stay at again and will stay again

A little outdated

The rooms were clean, we had no issues with that at all. The hotel was very nice. I did not have the breakfast, but my family did and said it was good.

Because it's a pet friendly hotel, the floors are laminate. This makes the rooms very echoey. Because we had to have our dogs with us we understood why that was the way it was. We also had my grandsons age 7 and 9, and every time they played it just echoed through the hall. One other thing that we did not really care for, the rooms were equipped with smart TVs, but you could not use any of the apps.

Breakfast was good(for hotel breakfast). 2 types of Sausage, biscuits, gravy, potatoes, waffle maker, bagels, cereal and I know I'm missing a few things. The pillows were great but the bed did hurt my back a bit. Room smelled heavily of chemicals when we first entered but that is just me being hyper sensitive to smells. We only stayed one night but all the staff we encountered were nice. It was amazing considering the price! What a deal.

This is a great place to stay and decent value. Beds were comfortable and rooms were clean; staff provided information about the area and were friendly.

Ants were swarming in a window that was overtaking a table and 1 chair in the breakfast area. Floors are a beautiful tile, nice clean facility, however, there was a lot of water pooling at the elevators and down hallways from people going to/from the pool. No rugs or carpet to absorb the water. Major slip hazard.

Comfortable bed

Toilet seat was very loose and my wife about fell to the floor. After trying to use the toilet. I had to tighten the toilet seat hold down bolts. The shower head was not tight and sprayed water along the wall and onto the floor. After my shower. The floor was soaked outside the tub. I had the clean up the mess. Then tighten the shower head. Maintainace at your location sucks. I'm glad I bought tools. WTF
