The property was nice, decorated beautifully in the entrance for Christmas, but that is where the decoration ended.

Could use some updates.

The property worked great for our weekend trip to Holiday World. It was literally minutes away from the amusement park and had everything you could need close by. The rooms were a little dated, but overall we had a great stay.

There were no mini fridges or microwaves, which we knew when we booked, but it would be a nice addition to the rooms, especially since most of the restaurants relatively close, close pretty early. Our only other complaint were the pillows. They were not supportive at all and could definitely use some new ones.

We wasn't at the hotel much due to going to Holiday World, but we did enjoy the Christmas decor and the staff was friendly and willing to help whenever we had questions or needed anything.

Wish the breakfast had a little more selection especially with drinks. Missed having Hot tea and our grandchildren wanted chocolate milk and hot chocolate. But that was about the only issue we had.

The lodge is cozy, stuck with the theme of the town. The amenities were nice with an indoor pool. Breakfast was a hot meal which is often hard to find and provided with the room stay. The lodge was clean and the grounds well maintained.

The price was on the higher side. The mattresses were firm but the pillows were beyond soft and required folding to even get a little support. There was an event on the property and the loud, thumbing music went until 11p or so.

Breakfast bar was fabulous, the pool was nice ,loved the old cabin type look, you felt you were in a ski lodge in the mountains

New pillows, they were old and flat. I wish they had the full restaurant again. So we didn't have to go all over the place to eat I was by myself with two kids and that would have been easier just to eat at the lodge. And a adult area to relax at.

The location was wonderful, but it's definitely a small quaint town. My son forgot tennis shoes for our trip to Holiday World and we needed to stop at Walmart, the closest one was 30 minutes away. The breakfast was good. And we loved going to the pond to feed the fish from the dock after. We were able to have a conjoing room with our family that came along with us. We really liked that! The decorations were perfect! The only thing missing was a fireplace.

I think it would be really nice if the Christmas themes followed into the rooms! They're pretty bland compared to the rest of the lodge. The little fun center outside has been shut down and I didn't see that they had a pool when we booked, so my kids missed out on that while we were there, but I may have just overlooked it when booking.

It’s 5 minutes from Holiday World! Fun Christmas decorations everywhere. Super friendly staff. Indoor pool and hot tub. Free breakfast.

Nothing. I’m realistic. This is a small town hotel. It’s not fancy. Some of the facilities are a bit dated and worn down. But for the money it’s the perfect family hotel for a visit to Holiday World. We loved it!

The property was right around the corner- less than 1 mile from Holiday World with a small strip mall and gas station conveniently located across the street.

The property was nice and spacious for exploring if you have time. It looks a little outdated, but everything was clean and comfy to the highest quality.

We had room 116. Nice room. We were able to park our car practically outside the room where we were. I enjoyed the use of the desk very much. Delivery for our supper went smooth. Breakfast was delicious. The decorations were beautiful. Saw some amazing Christmas decorations. There is a gift store in the main building. The grounds were interesting loved the layout and of course Santa! . Did not have time to go to it but Frosty's was close by.. walking distance. Store was close by as well. Not far from Holiday World, The Museum, Postoffice and church and The Candy Castle.. Plenty to watch on Tv. Checking in and out the staff was nice. The check in guy brought us more pillows and helped withe the lights above the bed. Bonus, the room was first floor!

No fridge or microwave in the room ( Didn't come with the king bed, it did come with a queen room ). Did not want to start reservation over so we made due with it, plus I was told on a phone conversation that there was a microwave in the main building we could use. We brought our own drinks with us. We do not hold this against the hotel. We wanted the king bed and the micro/fridge. We made our choice. Will come back to hotel in the future.

We loved everything about this place, It was comfortable ever since we checked in, the staff was nice/friendly and helped us feel at ease for a place we had never visited before. It was in a good location close to everything in town/attractions and places we wanted to go. It was nice to walk around outside to get fresh air, it was a quiet location had a pond my kids loved watching the fish and turtles swimming around, they loved the playground and pools to play in & all the Christmas decor inside to look at and take pics with. There's a fun center just across the parking lot in walking distance so I didn't have to drive there. Thank you!!

Would of been nice to have a small fridge in the room for our drinks but not complaining not all places have them.
