I liked that the staff were really nice, and the rooms were clean and decently a good size.

I don’t know if it was short staffing, but they kept running out of breakfast food and cups due to other people staying there. There was one lady in the kitchen and when we got down, they were out of almost everything. I ate what I could and so did my kids (which was very little), but again I think it was due to short staffing. [Just to clarify, this was an hour before breakfast ended.]

The pool water was warm. The room was clean. the housekeeping staff was sweet.

The pool area needs ventilation. The chorine smell was so strong people were coughing. We had to open an outside door to get some air circulation. The evening front desk attendant was not friendly. Our key got locked in our room. I went down to get another key. Even though I rang the service bell, pretended to go in and out of the door, she stayed behind the wall. I could hear her. She finally came when another customer came and yelled "Hello" really loud. We both heard a visible huff from behind the counter. See appeared, didn't explain the delay or speak. Just gave me new keys.

The location was so nice and close to the park.

There are no pizza places close, came in our room early but the pillows had some blood, there was candy on the floor, the breakfast crew really complained about how their staff never showed up (did it very loudly), and the pool area was so dark and the water such a odd dark green color.

The entry had a nice hang out spot. There were options of things to do in the hotel, I’ve never been to a hotel with an arcade which was great! The front desk staff were funny and great (the lady working the night shift). Not a far drive from holiday world and some small towns, which were nice for food. Breakfast was good.

The little entry room to the arcade, pool, and fitness room was filled with flies- 50 if not more. The pool smelled so bad, but the smell did stay contained in there.

The lady working during check in and the gentleman working during breakfast were very nice! The hotel was clean and the breakfast was pretty good. The air conditioning worked very well in the room which was very nice after a long hot day at the park!

The tv in the room was super small and the beds were just ok. The vending machines were all empty and there was nothing to drink. We had to get in the car at 10pm and go to the gas station to purchase something to drink.

I thought the breakfast was really good. It's not a Denny's ihop or fancy restaurant it's a free continental breakfast at a hotel. There was many choices, all the machines worked and it was hot and fresh. I see people on here complaining about the breakfast but we enjoyed it. The hotel was clean and the staff we talked to was very friendly, nice and accommodating.

The bathroom door would not stay open, the bathroom didn't have a vent which it was hot in there after a shower and the water pressure wasn't that great in our room. We stayed in the Ferdinand IN location.

I like that is was a good distance from the airport in Louisville. I loved that the staff was very kind and helpful when needed

I didn’t like that there was a crack in the tube that was making the floor flood but nothing a towel couldn’t fix

The room was clean. Staff was helpful.

Tv did not work (when you have kid this matters) and the air condition was extremely loud. My cousin had a room right beside us and her tv and air condition worked with no issues and were the exact same. So it wasn’t a connection issue or a normal loud.

Breakfast was mediocre, typical hotel breakfast food. Staff were very polite and accommodating.

One of our rooms was infested with small ants. The toilet seat in our room was broken and it felt very unsafe.

The staff was really great, they always answered all my questions and handled it all very professionally!

The breakfast was kind of lacking, but for a free breakfast, maybe I should ask for more. Lol
