Seems very new, rooms fresh clean roomy and comfortable. Gym and pool had good options including Peloton bike. Reception/breakfast area had a large table allowing for large family gatherings and socialising over pizza. Breakfast great kids loved waffle maker and good range of hot and cold buffet options. Hot options changed daily. Walmart just across the road and plenty of restaurants in area Would recommend if passing through or visiting family

The cleanliness of the property. The shower was large with nice pressure. Pool was nice with a shower attached. Breakfast was good with variety.

Roy was a nice guy. The next two lady employees was not as friendly or upbeat. Shower was very slippery, needs grips and the bottom. My child feel hit his head. Luckily he was okay!

It's just a very nice place. I wish the prices were a little lower because of the town it's in. Vincennes is not a touring town and if people are going there it's most likely to visit family or another reason like that not for a vacation. I don't think it should be vacation prices. But the facility is very nice and the front staff young man was old-fashioned friendly with courtesy and politeness. He is actually the reason I'm giving this review. He listened to my concerns and fixed any problems. I think housekeeping needs to do a better job in the handicapped rooms. It honestly look like it hadn't been cleaned in a long time, just straightened up. I do not recommend the handicap accessible rooms. The other room seemed to be nice. The pool is always clean and the lobby is very nice. I did not care for the breakfast attendance attitude towards my granddaughter, acting like she shouldn't go for seconds or look for other things. She's a very polite nice girl.. I almost got angry because he wouldn't stop. Well those are the things I think most people are concerned about. My vehicles have never been harmed outside and the air, heat, hot water, and locks all worked well. The bed was made up very nice. It's a very comfortable bed with nice pillows. The rooms are pretty quiet. I definitely recommend staying here from all the other places I know in Vincennes.

Housekeeping failed to actually clean the handicap accessible rooms. They were only straightened up and this is twice it's happened. The other rooms were very nice.

Staff was great friendly. Room was nice and clean lobby very clean and roomy breakfast bar plenty choices you have no reason not to have a great breakfast. Very beautiful decor in the lobby nicely done. Came for a reunion we would recommend and stay again. Thank you

When I arrived in the evening of 12oct22 I was told at the front desk I did not reserve that morning for the 12-14oct22 but for the following week of 10-21oct22. I made the mistake of misreading my calendar that morning in our rush to attend preparations for a funeral in Vincennes. And because there were no rooms available at Hampton I could only reserve for 13&14oct22. At the same time I cancelled the 19-21reservation. By now this has been verified many times. So where is my refund as promised in person and over the phone with Hampton personnel including the manager several times by now?

Thermostat only goes to 75 degrees and it kept blowing cold air. The outside temperature felt like 0 for most of the time and snow everywhere.I stayed cold the whole time. Everything else was perfect.
