Didn’t try the breakfast, but enjoyed coffee in the room. That’s a plus.

TV Guide card did not match the channels. Seemed to be off by “2”. Number shown was 2 higher than actual number for that channel. For example, CNN was 11 on the card, but 9 on the TV.

Courteous staff that isn't overbearing though, but very responsive. Stephanie at check in was AWESOME

The pool was clearly not heating normally - while not a big deal and the kiddos enjoyed, little notice or sign to the effect would have been appreciated.

The bathtub had mildew around the edges. which could be cleaned with bleach. the shower head was rusted and spewed water everywhere. beds were uncomfortable. I didn’t even know they made spring mattresses anymore.

I liked that the facility was comfortable and quiet. The staff was helpful and friendly.

There were a couple of things that seemed stained throughout the room. It was clean, but there were some spots on the sheets and the lampshade. Also, the ceiling in the pool room needs a little repair.

The staff was commendable, the breakfast spread was incredible, the room was very nice.

The pool couldn't be used because the heater was broken

A group of about 12 people who gathered in the breakfast area at 8:00 pm was told we could not stay there because the rooms above us could hear us talking. We were moved to a conference room and told we could stay until 11:00 pm, but were asked to leave at 10:30 so they could clean the room (we did not mess it up - just had drinks around the table). We were not a very loud group, and we certainly did not do any damage (professional people with an average age of about 55). Adults should not be treated like naughty children when they are simply enjoying pleasant conversation after a busy day. If the acoustics are so bad that guests can hear what's being said in common areas, something is wrong.

Different options. Healthy and clean

A snack area or a small restaurant serving lunch and dinner will be a great add. The pool area can be closed when not in use to save power

Great options. Waffle maker, bacon, sausage, eggs… etc. also coffee and juice.

The price would be a little lower, but it’s the only jic hotel in an hour radius. Was worth it to me.

Very clean and comfortable rooms. They even refunded us a nights stay when we had to check out a night early (even it being after 8pm) due to inclement weather and the roads getting shut down in preparation for winter weather!

The room was clean, the bed was great! We requested a playpen for the baby so they had already put it in our room by the time we got there. So that was a plus!! Also the bathroom was spacious. This location was a little out of the way but we didn't mind since the room was so nice.

We spent two nights here. We ordered pizza the first night and left it on top of the counter while we went to run an errand. We came back to fund the food covered in ants! It was our fault for leaving it out but there shouldn't have been ants to begin with...
