The rooms were spacious. It's location is nice there isn't a lot of noise but you can go a couple of blocks in either direction and be close to places to eat and shop. The staff was very nice and helpful. I reserved the room through an app on my phone and had never done that before, but the staff was great and helped me out

I didn't like the fact that they didn't have any of the complementary hygiene products. I booked the room because it was halfway between point a and b, and we were on a motorcycle, so we had to pack light. It was just an inconvenience to have to leave to go get hygiene products. The only other thing I didn't like was the ice machine was in the office and when they had rented all the rooms they locked the office so you couldn't get ice

It was great to me. The front office knew it was me when I checked in. They remembered when I stayed. I got the room cause one the price was good and two I was doing doubles all weekend at ihop. And I live in bedford and did not want to make that drive back and forth. This building has been here a while but. It did what I needed which was a bed to sleep in and a shower to get clean up. Would probably be coming back when I need too.

Excellent Customer Service. Anytime I’ve stayed here they go out their way to provide great customer service! Scotty was phenomenal with room service and any questions needed

Location is great - but the service was excellent. The owner was very responsive, and even came to my room late at night to fix a problem with my TV signal.

No ice machine - but that's really it.

Car broke down and it was a great place to stay the night so it could get fixed.

Was clean, quiet, everything worked at a good price.

No breakfast. Just a basic hotel. I wasn’t looking for a breakfast with my hotel stay. Simply hotel without bells & whistles.

No shampoo or conditioner. I’m glad I always pack my own.

We had a roof over our heads after traveling from TN and spending the day at the waterpark.

We reserved king bed and when we got there and I get to the room it's 2 beds, I go back and was informed the other room had plumbing issues. I was offered a refund that'll take days to go back on card and would've had to try and find somewhere else so we decided to stay. My boyfriend is tall and feet hangs off the bed of full beds, which is why we requested/reserved king room.
