ALL OF THE STAFF WERE FRIENDLY, HELPFUL AND ALL GREETED YOU WITH A SMILE. OUR ROOM WAS CLEAN, THE BED WAS COMFORTABLE, AND ALL THE SHAMPOO, HAND WASH AND CONDITIONERS WERE FULL. LOCATION WAS EXCELLENT. AND WE LOVED THE HOTEL SAT ALONE, BUT THERE WAS ACCESS TO EAT, SHOP, WALK A TRAIL VERY CLOSE TO THE HOTEL. GRILLS WERE AVAILABLE IF YOU WANTED TO BBQ. VERY NICE COVERED PLACE TO SIT AND WATCH THE WORLD GO BY

THE COFFEE. I REALLY WISH IT WAS BREWED COFFEE AND NOT OUT OF A MACHINE. THERE IS REALLY NOT ANYTHING ELSE YOUR HOTEL WAS WONDERFUL

The Hospitality and the approach of the team was amazing... the staff was very friendly... The manager was just too good and her team of Rehana, Cindy, House Heeping head Tameka were just very very good and kind.

The rooms appeared a little old and modernisation is needed. being on ground level, some bugs enter the room, some work on that is needed

staff were in a positive interaction with one another and joking with us - i liked that very much they were not robots and showed human face while working. also keep the staff international please - makes a good representation of our changing society. it was a very nice experience hope to see all very soon.

The rooms had everything I needed and the beds were amazingly comfortable.

The one thing I did not care for was the placement of the soap dispenser it was just really hard to reach underneath the cabinet. Also the window shades did not completely close it only had a sheer. I found that to be a little bit strange and the light from the highway came into the room. Nevertheless I would totally stay there again

Everything about our room was nice. My one thought was I booked it for 2 adults and 1 child and there was no couch in the room for a child to sleep on. Luckily we ended up coming without him so it was ok.

We did not have a block on our phone charger and so there was no way for us to plug our usb cord in to charge.

They have full-size fridge and their beds are great very comfortable and clean

The lobby was not spacious and looked very old style. There is no breakfast they only have dispensing convenience machine

They were very friendly and went above and beyond for us as we had a bad experience with the first hotel we tried to book that night

There wasn’t anything I didn’t like

The room was spacious and clean. The bed was firm.

The heater in the first room we stayed did not work, so we slept in the cold. The next day we informed the reception and he immediately changed the room for us. But in the new room the electronic stove did not work and the bathroom ventilation seemed to draw cigarette smoke from somewhere so the bathroom smelled cigarette.

The staff was amazing and personable. Super nice and welcoming!

Room had a musty odor, but it was clean and comfortable. Wish the TV were a little larger or not placed in the corner the way it was, made it harder to see.

Got to swim for a day

2nd night was told the pool was closed an had to get out when we had invited family guests. Happens evertytime.no hot breakfast
