The Hotel Staff was exceptional in each department (front desk, cleaning, breakfast). We were bummed out about the hot tub not working and I feel an e-mail could have been sent as it was down for weeks and they didn’t know when it would be working again. The room was comfortable and the main beds were very nice! The sofa bed was not comfortable. It had a broken bar on it and also the bed was very dirty. We arrived late with young kiddos and didn’t want to switch rooms at 10:00 so I cleaned the bed for my son to sleep in. The pool area was very nice but also fairly dirty. Lots of hair, wrappers, etc in the pool and just untidy in there overall but my kids were SO excited to swim and didn’t care too much. I went around and cleaned up a bit in there but chose not to swim because of this. The morning breakfast was 10/10! Fresh, hot, well stocked with protein of many sorts (meats, yogurts, eggs, milk). Gluten free and dairy free options as well. The friendliness of the staff and the selection at breakfast would be enough to return!

Easy access, nice indoor pool, adequate cleanliness, and space. Good breakfast. Exceptional staff. Everybody went above and beyond.

Rugs are kind of musty. Beds inconsistent. Everyone of us had a different mattress, etc. But nothing terrible. I personally am not a fan of the sink inside the bathroom. I prefer it on the outside so that somebody can use while somebody else is using the facilities.

Everything about this place exceeded my expectations. I've stayed in many hotels, and this one has to be in my top 5. As an added bonus to a great breakfast, they even carried chocolate milk. I can not remember the last hotel that had chocolate milk. Such a small thing that made a huge impact on me. The crew that worked there was exceptional, too.

I did not like the price for 1 night. I've booked an entire weekend for what I paid. Was it worth it? Yes. Will I pay that much again? No

Staff was friendly. Rooms were a good size, with coffee, tea, soap, shampoo, microwave, fridge. Breakfast was excellent.

Hotel is in the middle of being renovated so it was in a bit of disarray. Carpets in hallways are filthy, but understandable due to renovations. Rooms do need updating but are fine until renovations are complete.

The hot tub was closed for maintenance. We chose this location because we anticipated using the hot tub after a long day of driving. When we booked this room the day before our stay, it said NOTHING about the hot tub not being available.

I recently stayed at the Holiday Inn and had a wonderful experience. The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, making me feel right at home. The room was excellent, with all the amenities I needed to feel comfortable during my stay. Unfortunately, my home lost power due to a tornado that came through late Friday evening and early Saturday morning. Despite the chaos, the Holiday Inn staff remained calm and accommodating, making sure all their guests were taken care of. I'm sure they were very busy during this time with everyone checking in, but they still managed to make my stay enjoyable. I want to thank the Holiday Inn for their kindness and hospitality during a difficult time. I will definitely be back under better circumstances.

It was very busy but that was expected with everyone being displaced from there homes but I still had a very enjoyable experience

excellent breakfast. Attentive attendants who constantly monitored for needs of guests,, refills of items, location of condiments. After the guest dining time I saw employees having breakfast at the facility-it is always a good sign when employee's enoy eating the same food as guests. I am a big believer in not wasting leftovers.

The second floor has a balcony over looking the dining area. From this vantage I could see a lot of dust on top of the fans, , etc that cannot be seen from the dining room eye line. If dust is visible from greater then 10 feet away, then that is a lot of dust.

It was very clean! They even had wipes to clean off the TV remote and the phone. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was very good, with lots of variety. Highly recommend! Lots of restaurants close by, several within walking distance.

Comfortable Room with Great Water Pressure for the Shower (on the 3rd Floor!). I was really impressed that there were Destination Charging Parking Spots where I was able to charge my Tesla for Free.Nothing

Jake was an exceptional Manager. We had some problems with the booking, and he sorted everything out on the spot. He was very courteous and extremely knowledgeable. Dave at the front desk was great, too! It was perfect! My wife really loved it, we'll stay there again the next time we are in Minneapolis!

It was hard to access the computer terminal in the business center. It wouldn't log in for some reason, entry screen wouldn't come up or refresh.
