Loved the location. Right in with all the shops in Nashville. It’s a very cute Inn to stay in. The staff was super nice and helpful. The restaurant inside was delicious! The room had everything you need.

The bed wasn’t comfortable for us as it’s memory foam and we just aren’t a fan of memory foam. I had called ahead of time to let them know I wouldn’t arrive until after 10pm, I was explained that was okay because my room had a keypad entry and I could finish check out in the morning. When I arrived we could not find the room, luckily they had an overnight number to call, where I was explained how to get to it. It was in the building connected to Artists Colony, so I feel like that should have been explained when I spoke with front desk twice before arriving. Both times them knowing I wouldn’t arrive until after no one would be at the front. They did apologize and made a note to have some direction for that in the future. A minor mishap so my review is still a good one!

Staff really nice. Parking directly behind hotel. In the middle of Nashville; perfect location. Room was large; clean. Colonial decor. Very quiet. Bed comfy. Bathroom large; single freestanding sink so no room to put your things but no biggy. If you are staying to attend a show at the Nashville music center; there is a shuttle pick up at the subway shop which is about a block away or there is a walking trail across from the subway that takes you to the center. We walked then took the shuttle back

Not a negative but you can’t check in until 4 pm so don’t drag your luggage in

I love the vibe and atmosphere. The bed was incredibly comfortable. The staff was nice and helpful. The location is perfect; we were able to walk to anything we were interested in seeing.

It can be loud if someone is in the hallway or right outside. They could do with some room darkening curtains; our alarms didn't get a chance to wake us up because the sun did.

My servers for breakfast and lunch. Don't change the pot roast or onion rings please on the menu. We came on the 4th and saw fireworks from the bed. And made fireworks later.

Nothing said. Extremely happy with the stay! Bed was so comfortable,I spent to much time in it and made my wife mad.

Room and the parking were perfect with more than enough parking spots, and the size of the room was just right. The shops were all within walking distance.

The only thing we didn't like was the bathroom didn't have a lot of space to put curling iron and other things.

The room was comfortable and beautiful. The view was fantastic. It was very peaceful staying here for a mom's extended weekend away. The food was fabulous especially the soup and salad. The salad was fresh and great for a hot day. Will definitely return someday soon

Excellent location, charming property, spacious room. Extensive breakfast (actually all meal) selections. Super friendly team, at the desk, the host/hostess, wait staff and room attendants.

You could have made us stay longer!!

The location was perfect, the room and balcony were wonderful.

The restaurant was very nice but the food was very pricey and left a lot to be desired. Not at all the way it showed and described on the website.

I love the colonial feel and history. Was clean

The bed was not as pictured. I member last time being a 4 poster way more comfortable bed. This bed sagged in the middle. Was very close to ground.

Stayed here for several years - Spring and fall girls trips, park the car and walk to shops and restaurants, great friendly staff.

No Daily housekeeping service. Needed extra toilet paper and coffee in room.
