The breakfast was excellent and the staff were all very welcoming and friendly

The room wasn’t very clean. The tables need to be wiped down better and the shower had a lot of discoloration and rust. The bathroom counters needed a better wipe down. There was a lot of dust in the rugs and furniture. The smell of deodorants were very strong.

Everything! Amazing and beautiful hotel only thing was breakfast I understand charging for a restaurant style meal but their breakfast options were half the normal options at any holiday inn express & suites I’ve ever stayed at and they have free breakfast? So I really didn’t get that. Just suggesting if you want to use and create a restaurant style option for breakfast great but you have or should make it as such… and no free coffee I mean really?

Clean and comfortable

Lacked a few niceties I expected. No luggage carts, No complementary coffee in the early morning, no plastic bags for dirty clothes. I understand there may need to be a charge for the full breakfast but I could have used a cup of coffee, pice of fruit and a bagel before leaving early. I don’t need a full breakfast.

I was there for a funeral of a dear friend and it was nice to know I had a fantastic hotel to stay in. This was the 3rd time in 2 years I've stayed here.

I left a day earlier than expected so having booked an extra day and paying for it was a little disappointing but that wasn't on the hotel. I'll probably just book directly for my next stay.

From check-in to cleanliness of room to, oh so comfortable bed, must rate this hotel as excellent. Great location, easy to find and park. Everything was A++.

Small fridge with no freezer, but staff was accommodating to put my ice packs in the hotel's freezer.

Everything was a great experience. Loved having a restaurant in hotel and breakfast included was really nice. The food choices for dinner were limited and fettuccine not that good but otherwise an overall great place.

The breakfast was a little better then your typical hotel breakfast. It did cost extra to get breakfast.

Cost of breakfast was not included. Hotel is located in a great location right off the interstate. Staff was very helpful and friendly.

Location, quiet and clean

Having to pay for breakfast! iIt should be included in the price of the room like other Holiday Inn locations. OR because of the price of the rooms it could be much cheaper!

Staff were very friendly, location was good and room was very comfortable. The room was cleaned regularly and the bathroom stock was replenished in good time.

The coffee machine in the room was stocked when I arrived and topped up once then no more. Fortunately there was coffee served in the breakfast area.

Breakfast is costly when the room is $140. Location of hotel is tricky to find as it is tucked in behind a Waffle House and Burger King.

Location is awkward to find though close to fast food, deli’s.
