Room was clean and spacious. Having the option of a 3rd sleeping area when you have 2 kids is wonderful. The bathroom was clean and bright. Staff was very nice.

The pool was really small so it can't hold the number of guests comfortably. The breakfast was tasty but the options were minimal. Would have been nice to have more than sausage to chose from. Also, it would be great if what price shows up on booking com would be what you are charged.

My leg was injured as I entered the multi-level Fairfield Hotel in Columbus, IN. I was given Room 133, which is as about as close as possible to the parking lot on the first floor. I have to believe the lady at the front desk took my injury into consideration. Whether or not she did, I had to thank her.

It’s not that I didn’t like this. I simply believe Rooms 131 shouldn’t be closer to the door; 133 should be. There’s just a mistake. :-)

The room was very comfortable and clean it’s very simple and nice which is my preference. Check in was quick parking was easy. Restaurants near by, the hallways was always well kept and smelt nice. Very quiet and comfortable bed I slept like a rock would stay here again.

The check in time is only at 3pm I do wish there is an option for earlier check in time for certain available rooms for that option but understand why because the checkout time is noon which I do appreciate.

The room was clean and comfortable, the staff were very nice, courteous and helpful. The breakfast had enough choices and was very good. The only thing we didn't like was the shower-the floor non-slip decal was missing and the floor was slippery.

The pool area needs to be monitored. On both evenings the floor around the pool was soaked out to the chairs; extremely slippery!

The hotel was nice enough, and the breakfast lady was very sweet and helped us out with our grandchildren. The breakfast was OK. We could each find something to eat to meet our needs.

There was a big group of bikers at the hotel so the little pool got crowded, and parking became difficult.

Very comfortable beds. The bathroom was big along with shower. Quite area to stay. Breakfast was good wide variety of food like waffles, eggs, sausage, cereal, yogart, oatmeal and variety of juice. Parking was great a close by the room windows. Tv was like a Roku but just had regular channels plus YouTube and Netflix. Great place to stay.

Only thing I didn't like was it only had 1 bath towel. Had to go to front desk to get a couple more.

Staff was Excellent! Both Martha & Ali were great at the front desk. Breakfast services were fabulous!

Beds must have had 400 + lb. People sleeping on them, because both queen beds tagged on both sides of the mattresses!😪

Breakfast was great. The kitchen area was exceptionally clean. The selections were enough. The environment was great; a nice atmosphere to eat and visit family with who were staying in the same hotel.

It was clean, comfortable bed, large room . Mirror and lighting in bathroom were awesome!

Breakfast was terrible. Waffles were good. Eggs were tasteless, and sausage patties were sitting in water. Stayed 2 nights. Towels were not picked up and no clean towels left in room. I had to call for clean towels.

Clean, easy access to town.

WI-FI - would not allow me to work from my laptop. Without purchasing internet, I had to hotspot from my phone to work.
