It was very comfortable and clean. Everyone was so friendly. It was within walking stance of everything we wanted to do while we were there and the restaurants.

The pool was not clean in the morning. There was food and dirty towels in the tables. The towel rack was empty until about 8:30 AM and the pool itself had stuff floating in it from the kids playing the night before. Breakfast was edible but not the greatest. I’ve had much better at other hotels.

Clean and great location

We stayed for my daughters softball game and we washed her uniform for the following day and they only had one washer and dryer. Another family was doing the same thing and the family left the uniform in washer. So I had to wait for them to dry it before I could

Booking app took forever to get the reservation to the hotel. The guy working that night, Connor, did a great job. He was very patient and accommodating.

The Booking app took forever to get the reservations to the hotel. We booked our room earlier in the day, as we were traveling with members of the family with extra needs. We had to stop more often. After a tiring day of driving, it would have been nice to not have to wait for a room. Thank goodness for Connor! It is also confusing why they give active military discounts but not veterans.

The breakfast was adequate with eggs, yogurt, waffles, etc. Coffee was good and hot. Bed was comfortable and the room was quiet.

The bathroom floor could have been cleaned better (probably was swept but not mopped).

Clean and beds were comfortable. Excellent location near restaurants. Breakfast consist of egg cheese omelets, polish sausage, potatoes. There were also oatmeal and a waffle maker. Fruits.

The orange juice was not good. Tasted diluted.

Room for hearing impaired was exceptional! Visual doorbell and large TV so I could see CC from bed was so appreciated. Plenty of USB and AC ports always a plus

Had a very hard time getting connected to wifi.

I have the Hampton app, so I never dealt with the front desk at all. Key and room number showed up in the app and checked out with it.

Bed was kind of hard. Expensive!

We were very pleased with everything and everyone while we were there. And we have told everybody about it and have recommended it to people.

I was greeted by a friendly person, who clearly explained all my options, including the complementary bar that was open, the breakfast, and the area restaurants that offered a discount.

Oh, I think the bathroom towels were too thin . Seemed rather cheap. 

Location. The complementary cocktails were a nice touch.

Room shade didn’t work, remote control batteries need to be replaced, the bathroom nightlight was burned out and needs to be changed.
