I loved that the shampoo, body wash, & conditioner is placed in the shower. I loved it!

The mattress was too firm. I felt like I was sleeping on the floor. The pillows went flat when you put your head down. You literally had to use more pillows.

Having to have an account for the Wi-Fi and then I get flooded with emails. Why can’t you have a basic login with room number and last name, I shouldn’t have to make an account for the Wi-Fi or put password in the room

The bed was AMAZING!! I have a bad back so a comfy bed is must. My son slept on the hide a bed with no complaints. The BBQ area was a nice relaxing area with a gas grill, chairs, tables and a gas fire pit.. The thermostat on the wall was a nice change from being all the way on thenother side of the room "IN"the unit. The bathroom was clean and the shower is HUGE.. We have another basketball tournament next weekend in Franklin and will be staying here for sure for sure!!

The pool was a little on the small side but, hey it was a pool and the kids didn't mind.

The hotel was very clean and the staff was very nice.

The breakfast was not that good and they don’t have waffles. They said kids were dropping syrup on the floor so they stopped having it. My two sons only eat waffles or pancakes so I had to buy them breakfast out. Other than the breakfast being limited and having no waffles the overall stay was great. I world stay there again if I am ever in the area. I’ll just bring them some frozen pancakes. Lol.

Location was great. Breakfast was really good, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. I would stay here again.

There is nothing that I didn't like about our stay here. It was a quick 1-night stay, and everything was perfect.

The location is close to a lot of many nice restaurants. It is about 10 minutes from downtown or maybe less, where you can find a lot more restaurants. The place even the city is very clean and peaceful. The staff are very friendly.

Room was very nice and clean. Large TV, comfy bed and large shower.

Breakfast was fine other than the coffee pot was broken so no coffee in the morning. I believe there could have been a work around or they could have gotten a couple of the single keurigs. I can't believe they only had one pot. We went back to our room and made a couple cups and then went back down and ate breakfast before leaving. Overall, nice facility. Will stay here again.

This is a very nice hotel. Everything was clean, attractive, the beds were very comfortable. And the staff was great.

The front desk lady at check in was soooo nice. The beds were comfy. It was quite. It had a lot of great places around us. Easy to get to highway. Air conditioning was nice and cold. BIG BATHROOM.

Pool for kids is Really SMALL. And Big shower with no pressure.
