It’s beautiful and I guess that it’s pretty new. We loved every bc part of the building.

We walked up to the front door to check in and a girl was sitting on the curb smoking and came to the front desk to check us in. Her hair was disheveled. She had tattoos, a ring on her tongue, and I believe her nose also. She was very efficient and sweet although, I don’t think that first impression of your beautiful hotel matched her looks or her outside smoking.

Staff made everything easy and comfortable. Rooms, lobby, pool and kitchen were all so nice and clean.

The pool closed at 10:00pm. I feel like children should be out by 10:00 but if adults want to swim after those hours, they should be able to do so at their own risk.

Location was great for visiting family in Franklin. Rooms were very accommodating and clean. Kids loved the pool and it was a pleasure and relaxing for me and my daughter. I will most likely return.

I thought breakfast was pretty bad. Premade foods such as the omelet was not good. There were no whole wheat bagels and fresh fruit salad. If the pancake mix offered a plain choice batter, maybe they would have been acceptable, but only had flavored batter. The coffee was okay.

Breakfast was very tasty, warm and lots of choices! The location was excellent! I didn't have search for it at all. It was immediately on my right as soon as I drove off of the interstate!

The blinds didn't want to go up or down. (I needed to ask the desk clerk, but she was very friendly and helpful.) Also the "peep hole" in the door (lower one) wouldn't stay closed. (I didn't tell the desk clerk about the "peep hole". Maybe you can't see into it from the outside of the door?)

Loved the huge walk in bathroom and shower.

Didn’t have a way of turning the TV brightness up so had to watch shows on a dim screen. The sliding glass shower doors didn’t keep water from escaping so the bathroom floor would be wet afterwards.

The hotel was very nice, the room was very large and very clean. Lots of parking and in a nice quiet area. I expected it to be loud due to the freeway, but it was fine!

The breakfast wasn't too great, but other than that it was a nice stay overall. A little pricy, but I needed somewhere last minute.

Breakfast was good and there were multiple options too. Bed was comfortable and the room was roomy. Most of the staff was very friendly.

We kept having connection issues with the T.V. Staff had to come and set up the connections again with their master remote control. Finally we just gave up on the T.V.

Extremely clean. New facility. Great gym and pool. The only problem was the loud traffic from the nearby freeway. The breakfast was fine. The usual hotel complementary breakfast. All in all a great stop.

Clean and great location

The bed was a bit too hard for a good nights sleep. Toilet paper and kleenex were very thin (gas station quality). You could certainly do better with that.

The room was a nice size, but the desk jotting out into the middle of the room was a little odd and took up a lot of space. Loved the big bathroom. Breakfast was good

The highway noise was incredibly loud, hard to sleep.
