Breakfast was ok. I think they should invest in another waffle iron. People had to line up and wait a good while.

our tv remote didn't work. Instructions to correct still didn't work. It was late so we just turned it off but it seemed this was a usual problem. Also, my tub stopper was on a shelf. I had to take a shower which I don't like. Someone said they screwed it back in to use. Really??? I just thought it was broke. Why would they that? And if so, how about a sign in the bathroom! Also doors by the pool into the building did not require a key card so just anyone could walk in. That seems a lack of security.

The lady at the front desk, Lisa, was amazing! She was patient, quick and cheerful! We enjoyed the location. It was near a few places to eat and coffee was nearby.

The first room had mold on the bathroom ceiling, Lisa got us moved quickly. Also, the day we checked out, one of the men cleaning rooms was going through our room, and our cooler that was left in the room. When we asked if he needed help with something, he told us that we locked the room and he thought we left.

Our room keys kept deactivating (more than likely from our phones), and the staff fixed the keys with no problems. The breakfast was nice and the food was warm. The pool area was clean, and the pool itself was clean. The room was clean. The room window opened without problems on the second floor. Overall, it is a decent hotel with a decent, convenient location

Bed was very hard( I prefer softer, my husband didn't mind). The pillows were broken down and there for didn't hold your head up, making it so that you had to use 2 pillows. Also, there is no elevator, so you have to walk up/down stairs if you have a 2nd floor room.

Comfortable bed, great shower with good pressure, lots of hot water, a free-flowing drain, several shelves for soap/shampoo and a handy grab bar. Good amount of space around the sink to set toiletries. Several towel racks which are lacking in many hotels these days. Good lighting in the room, nice desk chair and also another chair which was convenient for two people. Easy parking. Michelle at check-in was very friendly, welcoming and efficient.

Everything was great. We would definitely stay again and highly recommend this property to other travelers.

I've stayed here several times and have never been disappointed. Was surprised to see the new decor which was very pleasing. The full breakfast bar is what makes it such a great value compared to the other hotels around it. It's an hour from home which makes it an ideal weekend getaway for me with the outlet mall across the street and Brown County State Park just 30 minutes away.

Staff member who checked me in seemed to hate his job but the female I met the next day was friendly

The hotel staff were all very friendly even at 2am when the poor lady had to chase little children around because they were unsupervised. The night lady did a great job. We asked for more blankets and got them without hassle, and they were very conveniently located right across the street from Edinburgh Outlet Mall. There is a taco bell, Applebee's, Cracker Barrell, Starbucks, and 2 Gas Stations right next to I-65. I would totally stay here again.

The pool closes at 10pm, wish they could leave it open for adults 21 or older . Otherwise I have no complaints.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel was extremely clean inside and out. It was also quite quiet, even though the hotel is in a busy area.

The only thing needed was some kind of plug for the bathtub. Some of us enjoy a nice soak after traveling half a day. However, I stuck a washcloth in the drain, and that took care of the problem! ☺️

Everything was nice and clean. Breakfast was good on Saturday but did not like the choices on Sunday could have mixed up the menu a bit like adding another breakfast meat and offering plain potatoes instead of seasoned. The staff was nice.

There was lots of noise in the hallway where we where until we went to sleep.

The staff was superb and SO helpful. We were in town for a speech tournament, and my daughter made a last minute change to something. They helped us get things printed off and definitely went above and beyond to do so. Location was also perfect for us, and the cost was just right.

There wasn’t an easily accessible elevator, but that didn’t hinder us.

The facilities were very clean. Good breakfast options. Almost every staff member that we came into contact with was very friendly. Room was spacious. Bed was very comfortable. AC worked wonderfully.

The only criticism I have is that there needs to be a few more handicap parking spaces.
