The bed was comfortable. The bathroom was spacious and very clean. I could not get the tv to work. I talked to Kylie at the front desk. She was very friendly and helpful. She wrote down specific instructions on how to bring up tv guide and select channels. I left the instructions by the tv for the next guest to see. Breakfast was good. A lot of restaurants close by and loved seeing a Circle K next door to fill up for gas.

There could have been more lighting in the room. There were two bedside lamps and a desk lamp.

Comfortable, big room, very quiet, clean and bright. It's a great option for exploring Columbus architecture and the beautiful nature around. Wifi was strong and stable, working in the room was very convenient. There's a Starbucks next to the hotel, and a curig in the room. Good breakfast and welcoming staff. Thank you!

I wish we could stay longer. Liked everything. It would be great if the blanket had a duvet cover, but it's not used in American hotels.

Very convenient for restaurants,gas,shopping

First room smelled like smoke but we switched rooms with no problem and that one was fine. When we drove up all the help was outside and didn’t come in until we were waiting at desk, sad part was a sign said they were with other guests and would be back as soon as they could. Maybe a better sign like, we will be back soon.

Location was within walking distance of both retail and food accommodations. Breakfast had a variety of both cold and hot choices. Everything in the room worked as it should, and the bed was more comfortable than it looked.

Management. It is either $200.00 cash or card for incidentals. That's what it says. But for some reason I had to pay cash at that moment. When I handed her my credit card. I told her I don't have cash, she immediately told the front desk girl to cancel my reservation. So I was forced to pay the $200.00 cash at there atm, if I wanted to stay there, of course, I have too, for work. I stay at this hotel alot and that was the first time I had ever had this experience.

Room, bed and shower were good and I was very glad to get FOUR adult towels, instead of three and some hand towels. I was able to dry and dry my hair without having to use the same towel. And my husband was able to have towels for drying as well.

Breakfast SUCKED!!!! I had even called the motel before I booked to make sure it was more than a continental breakfast and was assured it was a hot breakfast. Well there were eggs and sausage but the waffle batter was NON-existent. The eggs were only enough for one person in the serving well. Went to get a bagel and there was NO butter or cream cheese. So I couldn't have a waffle and I had to eat the bagel dry. Has to start my day without a satisfying breakfast that I was looking forward to before my meetings.

The mattress was quite soft and I had a sore back when I awoke.

The location was s nice. Next to several restaurants and within walking distance of Walmart, Sam’s Club, and Menards.

There was not a lot of parking. You could hear everyone in hallways as the walls were very thin.

The breakfast was really good and having the pond out back made for a really nice view.

Employees could park somewhere else besides right outside the main entrance.
