The place itself was way better than I expected.

There were 9 girls aporoximately,from a sporting game they played in above us jumping around for 3 hours while their parents were in the lobby. I had to talk to them myself because the night help on Saturday said they didn't know what room that was and that those people had been sitting in the room where you eat for hours. They said they were teenagers,they'd never act like that. It was totally torturous.

I loved our room. I took my two daughters (toddlers) to the pool and my daughter got sick and puked everywhere.. the lady who was working (Brenda) got right up to clean it up and assured me it was okay and that accidents happen :)

There were a couple things in the room that were “dirty”

I love that Comfort Inn is near the Outlets and the Antique store. Also, love that it is near my sister. Everyone is friendly and kind. The room is super clean. If there were ever a problem, they would correct it. I had no problems at all while there. I was able to get into a room early. That was a nice bonus. Not very far to Brown County State Park and Nashville shops.

The bed was a little lumpy, but not so awful. My room was on the 2nd floor, with ice maker on the first. Neither of these issues were bad enough to complain about in my opinion. There is an elevator and stairs.

The compassion they showed for our mom who was undergoing radiation therapy at the local hospital. They allowed us early and late checkout to accommodate her treatment schedule. She was exhausted and had two treatments a day for 5 days and needed a nap in between. The staff also cleaned the room on our schedule not theirs, again working around the treatment schedule. The staff is wonderful and caring!

The breakfast was good. I liked the location and the restaurants nearby.

The beds were uncomfortable, the toilet didn't like to flush (3-4 times every time you used it), they showed me how to adjust it but I am a guest not a maintenance person. The pool was hard to get in and out, ladders with loose steps (no stairs).

The location was great it was right off the expressway. It bordered a mall and restaurants were nearby. The breakfast was quite good it had a large variety of juices coffee pastries waffles fruit bacon and good scrambled eggs.

The staff member we had contact with was very helpful. The check-in was handled quickly. The location was good as there was easy access to shopping, restaurants, gas stations, and the interstate. There were plenty of towels in the bathroom. A hot breakfast was provided.

The decor needs to be updated. The room was dreary - dark colors and wallpaper that has seen better days. Get rid of carpet. A few extra outlets or usb ports would be welcomed.

location was behind other buildings but the inside was very nice and newly renovated. room was very nice and spacious breakfast was a bit lacking for how nice everything else was

parking was a bit tight (truck)

Appreciated having a fan in the bathroom. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Rooms were clean and beds comfy. Lobby and breakfast area were pleasant and comfortable. Convenient location, near freeway but not in a noisy area.

Air conditioner/fan blows directly over beds. Lighting is a dingy yellow.

I loved the proximity to the outlet mall which was our sole purpose of the trip! It also looked recently renovated so it was a very clean & modern feel

I thought the property was great!
