Close to everything, trolley to pick you up and drop you off if you don’t want to use your car, the price was very good. The rooms were clean. The breakfast was good.

That we got there early, but there were like barely any cars in the parking lot and yet they couldn’t get one room cleaned for us first and we had to wait three hours now I know it doesn’t take that long to clean or clean room and there was like nobody there Very understaffed breakfast was good. The staff was nice, but they were definitely overworked.

Bed was very comfortable. Room was clean. Bathroom was large, very large jetted tub was relaxing. Slightly harder to get into since it's a deep tub. Spacious room. Breakfast was good. Nice variety of things to choose from. Staff was polite, very friendly. Property was clean. Seating area outside was nice and quiet. Good lighting the parking lot. Nice, safe area. Great location to down town Nashville.

The bed frame! It was metal. Believe it was a murphy bed frame. One side had a plastic protector but the other side did not. Previously stayed here and it was a regular bed frame with no issues.

The breakfast was fair. The instant eggs and waffle were good. The bed was comfortable.

The sausage was not edible. Real brewed coffee and half and half would have been nice. There was loose Flaky peeling paint inside the pool, very gross. The carpet on the stairs going to the second level was not clean. There were people smoking, sitting on chairs provided in front of the motel, a cloud if smoke as you entered. This should be off to the side, or somewhere else.

The place is well kept. Location was ideal. Didn’t take advantage of the free breakfast but it seemed to be more than your typical fruit and hard as a rock bagel. Beds were comfy enough.

We were on the bottom level and there was a slight Oder in the room with a dehumidifier that was on when we got into the room and was full we emptied it several times during our two night stay. As well as the room just didn’t seem to cool down well from the direction of the blower on unit went straight up underneath to the curtains and blew up curtains and window was exposed

Absolutely loved that it was so close to everything I wanted to check out. Also, the grocery store across the street was super convenient when u forget something or want to grab a small bite. Loved the indoor heated pool. Absolutely LOVED the "hidden cabin" feel. The chairs outside for pool to smoke or just sit and enjoy the scenery was awesome

There was no microwave in my room. I had to go to the lobby to heat up food. It made me feel super awkward and I felt I was bothering front desk staff.

Location was amazing, there is a walking trail from Quality Inn to the Brown County Inn if you’re there for a wedding! Very quiet, no interruptions at all, and the units in the rooms are excellent. Our room was set on 68 when we arrived and stayed ice cold through our hot summer stay! Staff was very friendly and told us about the walking trail! Whirlpool tub was very clean and relaxing. Whole room was very clean.

There was a residual smell, light, but present. Likely due to the age of the structure, but after you were in the room a bit you acclimate and don’t notice.

The rate was reasonable and the room was clean and comfortable. They could use an update to a walk-in shower as opposed to a tub/shower. The location was convenient for a concert at Brown Count Music Center.

The hot breakfast offering left something to be desired. E.g., the eggs were either powdered or over-scrambled or both - I love eggs, but I threw mine away. The only meat offered was in sausage gravy with biscuits. I had a small muffin, flavor was good but it was dry, dry, dry. I resorted to a waffle, which was fine, but hard to eat with the flimsy (below-standard for hotels, even) plastic ware.

We had a room with whirlpool tub. It was wonderful to have after walking around Brown County. The room was spacious with a little area that had mini fridge, microwave, and coffee. We slept in so we didn't partake in the breakfast. Location was nice-just outside of brown county back toward Columbus. I walked over to the nearby hardware store and Family Dollar store. There is a grocery and McDonald's within walking distance, as well.

The elevator wasn't working. We were on second floor. We were both easily able to navigate the stairs but not everyone would have, especially with luggage.

The location was within walking distance, the free breakfast was amazing, and the pool was clean and well maintained. Rooms were exceptional, clean, and stocked with fresh linens. The bathroom was clean, and the amenities were above par! The lobby was inviting, cozy, and comfortable. The staff was friendly, professional, and met all of our needs. Overall, the stay was a pleasant and relaxing, worry free time.

This was an amazing stay, we loved everything

I asked about bringing my dog. Was told if it was a small dog or a service animal it was ok. I informed them it was a 25 pound French bulldog and then was told if it was a service animal it was OK. Other than that no dogs. After they told me small dogs were fine. So it was confusing, and I didn't bring my dog. And I was sad about that. Next time, I'll stay at the Salt Creek Inn where I can have my dog.
