Breakfast was very good. Many choices available. Hot eggs and a breakfast meat were very good. Waffles could be made as well. I always like a microwave and 'fridge in the room, which it had. The shower was great; you can adjust the temperature independently of the volume-just like home. Also, it was a walk-in shower if you have any issues there. Well-ventilated bathroom.

Lighting in the room was marginal if I wanted to do some reading anywhere but at the desk. Otherwise, it was good. Not much choice whether or not you wanted to pay $14 to park overnight.

Incredibly clean. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Body wash, shampoo and conditioner very nice. Great location. We did not eat the breakfast but it looked really good. I’d like to reiterate how helpful and friendly the staff was.

Our stay was short so we did not take advantage of most amenities. This was the first hotel I stayed at that did not provide toothpaste, unfortunately we did not pack any. So we had to find some in the morning. Hallway was rather warm and stuffy but room was great temp and easy to adjust. Also, room advertised $149. Credit card billed $210. Thats a big difference.

Breakfast was very good and had lots of choices. Loved being in the downtown area. Water in the room and lobby was a very nice touch. Products in the bathroom very very nice. Room was very clean and organized. Nice lobby with places to set with friends and talk.

Tv was hard to see from the beds. Even with tilting it. Parking cost was not expected. I have stayed at other properties in the downtown with no charge. So that may be a factor when I visit again.

Thank you for such a clean, quiet, beautiful room! It truly felt luxurious.

I feel that parking should be included with the cost of the reservation, like most hotels. It feels like nickel-and-diming to require a fee when the majority of visitors would need a place to park overnight.

The entire building was clean and the employees were respectful and friendly. The breakfast was amazing and plenty of space to house everyone. I would definitely stay here again.

The mattress or box spring seemed to buckle in at times and the first two times it happened I thought I was falling into the bed but then realized it was okay.

Great location! Walking distance to many restaurants, downtown Bloomington, and the IU campus. Very clean room! Room included couch, coffee table, desk/work space as well as mini fridge, microwave, and coffee maker with supplies. There was a very large closet also. The lobby had a large seating area and a bar. We would definitely stay here again!

Trenton was an excellent SpringHill Suites employee and helped us fix some issue we had through booking.

We really liked the location. We loved the bar and sitting area downstairs. Liked that Breakfast was offered. The rooms with the seating area was nice. Clean.

I don't like having to pay for parking and the added "credit card" expense.

The staff are friendly and helpful. The room is spacious, and I love the desk's windows, which resemble a screen door.

Very friendly, clean hotel with a super nice staff. One of the nights was canceled (someone from our group couldn't come), and it was done without any comment and with a smile on the face (despite it was listed as "non refundable").

Breakfast could have more than standard eggs "from powder" and sausage. Especially, if you are on any diet (e.g., gluten free) it's nearly impossible to find something healthy to eat there. But that should be easy to fix, I believe!
