Staff assistance was exceptional! The room was, essentially, a two-bed, one-bedroom apartment. Basic offerings for plates, glasses, cups, coffee machine. We did not have issues with any noise. The location is very close to a shopping mall and several options for dining.

Breakfast is mentioned in the on-line advertisement. However, the reality was a collection of take-with-you granola bars, cereal, bagels--this was quite disappointing and for this reason alone, I would not return to this facility.

We drive a long ways to attend a concert and not being familiar with the town at all, I was really worried. But this place was amazing! It was in a great location, I loved how spacious it is and it felt like When you visit family and that homey feel to it. Staff was very friendly and accommodated to us in any way possible. DEFINITELY RECOMMEND!!

The walls were kind of thin and we could hear our younger neighbors be very kind at night. But I sleep very lightly in New places and in ate the staff would’ve handled that if we stayed one more night.

The spaciousness, cleanliness & well appointed. We had a spacious living room where one person slept on the pullout couch & a dining area with a kitchenette that was adequately supplied with dishes, cutlery & items for cooking along with microwave, fridge, small stove top & dishwasher. The bathroom was equally spacious & the king size bedroom was comfortable.

No complaints.

Breakfast is just coffee and donut type snack to grab from office. This is a townhome so has kitchen etc. for you to make your own if you wish. I like the location and the space for the money spent.

Some of the townhomes are in better shape than others. The one previously stayed in the furniture was not in need of repair as the last and I feel it was cleaner with the exception of a couple of hand towels that I believe were just overlooked. Staff in the office are always friendly.

Lovely spot! At the edge of town, with a beautiful rural setting. The well-maintained rooms were large, comfortable, and self-contained. Great for our larger group.

The only tradeoff for the otherwise excellent stay is that you're a fair way from the centre of town. Fine if you have a car, but difficult without.

Private, Charming, and very very clean. Staff were super friendly and helpful. The breakfast items available at the registration area is a nice bonus. We stayed on a weeknight and found the rates to be much lower than expected for a place like this.

Not many cons. You do have to park in the back walk around the property to the front. But - they do provide a luggage carrier in the registration area if needed. I also think a deadbolt added on the front door would add some peace of mind for security.

I loved the privacy and the bed was so comfortable. We had plans to do lots of outings during our stay but just ended up grabbing food and heading back to our private cozy suite and spent our 17th wedding anniversary snuggled up watching movies. We call Centuey Suites "OUR STORY BROOK" , because its like living in a small fairytale realm! Thank you for our escapation!

We have ZERO dislikes or disappointments. We HIGHLY recommend Century Suites "OUR STORY BROOK", To anyone and plan to return VERY soon.

This was by far the nicest hotel that we have stayed in with privacy and comfort for the whole family. The woman who checked us in was so nice and helpful and she was also there early the next morning when we checked out and was still so friendly. We did not have any issues and it was just the good nights sleep we needed halfway through a very long road trip. 10/10 we would come stay again.

There wasn't anything that we didn't like. We were very pleased with our stay.

Charming place. Quiet, comfortable. Nice to have a private entrance. . Townhouse had 1&1/2 baths very nice. Nice to have a kitchenette to cook inside of relying on takeout. Not like a regular a hotel, they r little apartments and townhouses- much better! . The pictures r 100% accurate. Property is lovely.

Very spacious facility with a charming atmosphere. The room/house was very nice and parking was easy. The reception folks were great and accommodating. I would highly recommend.
