The facility was very clean, staff was so friendly! The rooms were spacious and modern, the print of the Sample Gates was gorgeous. Bathrooms were spotless. The pool was not available, so I can't say how it was. But we weren't there for swimming so it didn't matter. The free breakfast had a great variety of options, and fueled us for the day ahead of us. The housekeepers were warm and friendly, as well as front desk associates. The bed was a bit lumpy, but overall, a nice and relaxing getaway and great location to explore downtown Bloomington.

The bed was a little lumpy, some spots that felt rock hard, others soft and squishy, if that makes any sense?! But we were so tired from a day of exploring by foot, so the room overall gave us plenty of space to lounge around, watch tv and refresh after a tiresome day.

1. Breakfast bar was great 2. The night employee that worked Friday evening was awesome. Comped us a cocktail at the bar to offset the parking charge disappointment. We had two cars and two rooms. Asked for one parking charge of $16 vs two for $32. We were denied. He tried to offset disappointment with a free drink which was nice. He was great. John I believe was name? The actor.

Two things. -Parking charge - early check in cjarge. We had two rooms under one reservation. We checked in early and was charged a $25 fee per room. Since we had two rooms we were charged $50. Tried to get one $25 charge removed since room reservations under one person…especially when the hotel was almost completely empty due to IU spring break.

The room was large, clean, and classy. The elevators were smooth as butter and the waits were short. The free breakfast options were fantastic. The staff was kind and gave lots of good advice on places to go and where to park.

The turn to get into the hotel’s parking garage was impossible to navigate our truck into so we had to find other parking. Subpar entry design.

Location was great

In 3 days, my room was not serviced at all, and what's worse, no one came to see if we needed fresh towels or coffee. No complimentary water bottles. Parking was $12/day when a lot next to the hotel charged $7/day, but no one told me of the choice. Front desk people just ...meh! It's very disappointing for the name brand! I expected more...that's why I didn't book one of the 7 hotels within a 2-mile radius.

The place looked great, loved the lights and the roo. Personal was amazing and very polite.

There were some stains in the bathub, not really visible but made the use of the bathroom a bit unconfortable. Also the pillows were not very confy and I had no many options (e.g. soft, middle. Hard, very hard). Most of them were soft cushions.

Wonderful selection and really appreciated the variety and especially the bacon!

I had taken a few bites of my food then got up to go get coffee as I was not sure where it was. When I got back to my table, my good had been removed. I understand being efficient but that was a bit much. It took me extra time to go back through the line to get another plate.,

Perfectly located for visiting the campus and town center. Everything is walkable from there. Convenient parking garage attached. Nice breakfast buffet area.

Parking in their garage was relatively expensive for the area. Breakfast buffet was good but the food was not out of the ordinary other than how it was setup.

Room was very nice, maybe could use a bit of an update but very clean and comfortable! Location was great! The staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful.

Was a little disappointed that when we arrived at breakfast a half hour before it’s end they were out of their fabulous biscuits.

Location is great, especially if visiting the University. There are plenty of places to eat around there. The room was nice . Overall good place to stay

I wish the breakfast was slightly different every day. The person who checked me in in the middle of the night was Not very friendly. He did not welcome us or smile probably because we arrived around 2 am at night. They asked us to come down to pick up extra towels blankets etc. They did not have the staff to do that

Big issue with my Booking.com reservation not having gone through to the hotel. They had no reservation for me in their system. So I had to essentially be treated as a walk-in. Hotel told me this happens all the time with booking.com. So I Called Booking.com and the onus is now on me to provide the receipt for the one night stay so that I am not charged twice. Which I can do but then I am asking myself what is the point of using booking.com them surely the onus is booking.com to resolve this directly with the hotel ?.
