Greeting on arrival was very friendly and helpful. The room was clean, tidy and well maintained The bed was comfortable Staff were willing to go the extra mile, recommending personalised places to eat in the local vicinity and downtown in Bloomington. The breakfast had a lot of options and was very tasty. Whilst I didn't use it, the suite shop looked to be well stocked with diverse items if required. The location was good for my business and was also just a short drive away from the interstate and also downtown Bloomington.

The shower seemed to take a while to heat up in the morning on use, but once it did it was fine.

The selections were good. I made a special point of getting started with the breakfast. Morning TV broadcasts were helpful for the weather and pertinent information, and the comfortable venue made starting the day relaxing. The other guests were very friendly and happy to share conversation.

With the sofa bed being part of the accommodations, the mattress seemed a bit thin so the springs and frame members could be felt a bit, but that's a sofa bed...it was OK.

I was at a conference at IU and this hotel worked very well for my purpose. It was a few miles away from the campus. It was better this way as we were away from the noice of the weekend crowd at and around campus. The hotel was very clean with a very friendly staff.

I just wish there was a coffee available for us--we had to drive through nearby Starbucks and for 8am conference, it was a bit tight. However, we did love this hotel and we will come back!

Our room was way more than we expected. Refrigerator, stove, microwave, and coffee pot. Wow! We could have stayed a week and never left the hotel.

Not that there was anything you could do. BUT, a large group of teens came to the pool and it was loud and chaotic. It goes with the territory.

Very clean and employees were professional and friendly! The hotel room kitchen came with everything needed to make a nice little meal and enjoy it! The outdoor patio area will be a perfect area to enjoy breakfast or just relax (once the weather cools!). 10/10 would stay again!

Want on the property long enough to form an opinion. However the ceiling fan in the room was obnoxious and made it hard to fall asleep stay asleep

Check in was amazing. Friendly. Helpful. Suite was great. Family came to visit. Plenty of room.

Pool isn’t very big (indoor pool) and water was too cold to enjoy.

Loved all of the employees who worked there!! Everyone from front desk to ladies making the breakfast buffet were over the top friendly!

Breakfast was wonderful and our check in person Emma was awesome she went above and beyond and truly started our stay off to a great start plus she did a courtesy call to see if we needed anything and if the room was to our satisfaction

Wished the jets were working on the hot tub and temperature for the pool could of been warmer

I booked for 3 days for 3 grandkids and myself for a short spring break trip. The Hotel was very clean, the staff was friendly, helpful and accommodating. We had a bedroom suite with 2 queen beds and a sofa bed. It was very spacious and comfortable. Extra pillows and blankets were available in the room. It was perfect for my family. Breakfast was hot, fresh and the attendant kept it well stocked and clean. Kids enjoyed the waffles with assorted topping choices as well as the cereal options. Overall a very good experience and I would definitely recommend and book again.
