The bed was very comfortable and the location was within a mile of the highway. Had a quiet setting. No highway noise. The gentleman that checked us in was very nice. Infact, everyone that worked there was very nice.

The shower/bath could have used a better cleaning. Had hair in the corners. I know that this is knitpicky, but the refrigerator didn't fit well in the cabinet. Other than that, I would stay there again.

Location is very good. Downtown is like 10 to 15 minutes from the hotel. Lot of restaurants and Wallmart close to the Hotel. Staff was great and was very supportive. Had a great time with them. Will for sure recommend you guys to stay in this hotel if you are in Columbus.

Fire alarm was going off for about a hour or so at 230am. Had kids w games w me. Tough to get back to sleep.

I have never been to a hotel with such a friendly, helpful staff! The front desk lady was great as was all the staff we encountered! I grew up in this area and we always stayed at the Hampton when visiting, but will now always stay here. We also liked the cookies!

We were not able to get the window drape to close completely.

I didn’t think we would be getting a free breakfast based on info while booking, but there was a free continental breakfast that stayed out until checkout time. Not being an early-riser, I thought that was awesome. There was no decaf coffee, but I understand if there aren’t very many customers (it didn’t seem there were) and I’m sure they were saving money by not making it and throwing it away later if it didn’t get used. We were able to borrow a wine bottle opener and was given another free amenity at the desk when asked. Thanks! The bed was very comfortable as well!

It seemed that the room could have been a little cleaner, but I am very picky about those things. Overall, it was clean. Staff was friendly as well.

We were greeted very nicely and we even got a call once we got into the room to make sure everything was good.

would have been nice to have an ice machine on the third floor but it was fine.

Very nice hotel in a convenient location off the expressway. Rooms were clean and everyone was very nice. Would stay there again.

Well I’ve stayed at this hotel before, and was very pleased, everything is updated and spacious, and the A/C was very quiet.

The shower is outdated, and for hotel as nice as this, it only has one elevator. The staff was polite, but i dealt with two different women, neither of two had a clue as to what was going on, or how to fix it. Couldn’t tell me anything, just said managers will be in on Monday.

About the only thing that we didn’t like was some of the light switches was a little confusing, and the lighting for the shower wasn’t the greatest.

Comfortable bed. Gave us extra pillows and towels when we requested them.

Second floor...guests in room above us (third floor) had lead feet! Next time will stay on top floor.
