I slept incredibly well both nights. Bed was comfortable and the curtains made the room sufficiently dark to sleep in.

Door handle to the bathroom was broken. If the door was shut, it would be difficult to open from the outside with no handle. Someone came in to refresh towels, but didn't make the bed. I thought it was odd to do one without the other.

it’s pet friendly, and the staff in the office was very nice! The lady did everything she could to make sure we was happy!!!

The bathroom had pubes inside the bath tub, not very clean. The suite room tv kept shutting off by itself, we would be watching tv and the sound would be scratchy and the picture would go off but the sound would still be working.

The clerk upgraded us to a king spa room which was unexpected and much appreciated. We actually had time to take a jacuzzi before bed and after a long trip, it was very much appreciated. The room was very clean, especially the bathroom. We always rinse out the tub before using it and there was no real need this time, very clean.

Nothing, as usual this location does a great job taking care of its visitors. The clerks are always accommodating and polite, the linens were even cleaner than they have been in the past so there has been improvement. (sometimes you get linens with stains on them, not this time).

They only draw backs I had was my suitcase was heavy and there was no elevator so it was hard for me to get my belongings up all those stairs.

Clean. Quiet. Good location for my needs. Comfortable bed and shower. Air Conditioning worked very well considering the heat outside.

No coffee in room. "Turner Classic Movies" not available on the television. :(

They were accommodating on letting us on the first floor and having a close place to park our bike trailer. Very close to the interstate
