It was very conveniently located close to the highway. Also had some coffee shops and places to eat very close by. The hotel itself was very clean, staff was super friendly and had great costumer service. Also the breakfast was yummy in the morning with many options.

The only thing was that it was basically alongside the highway so there was traffic noise. I thought it wasn’t terrible though and I didn’t mind especially for a quick stay.

Great hotel! Staff was friendly, breakfast was incredible, real Dove soap in the bathrooms, large updated rooms (at least mine was). I have low vision, and the bright hallways and room were great! I will definitely be staying there for future races and recommend others do the same! Very close to a Waffle House, which is always a huge bonus!

My only single complaint was we had to really push the bathroom door to close it. It wasn't aligned correctly, so the top corner hit the frame (room 206) but that's really something pretty minor, and my only complaint.

The breakfast was excellent - plenty of hot and cold choices combined with juices and fresh coffee. The staff were attentive without being intrusive and kept the food and drinks topped up.

We stayed for 5 nights and the room was not serviced at all. We had to remove our own rubbish (the bins were full) and ask for additional teas and coffees.

How clean the hotel was and that there was a pool, spa and fitness room.

When we checked in there was $100.00 fee per room (3) that I wasn't aware of. Also, there were no towels in the pool area, and when I ask for towels, they were hand towels we got for the pool.

Staff was friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was good with a variety of foods every morning.

Location didn’t feel the safest. A bit of a commute to local attractions.

Room cards did not work during our stay. Had to have them update every other day.

I liked how nice and comfortable it was.

I wish there was more parking in front of the hotel instead of the side to just be able to see the car and make sure nothing happens to it.

Rooms were clean and comfortable. Nice bedding. Pool and hot tub were great. Quiet hotel, elevators were fast.

Breakfast was ok, fruit would have been nice and a little more variety.

At check out I was told we could have a late check out. The following morning a lady was banging on our door. Tried to tell her we had late check out but we would get our things. Within a few mines she was banging on the door again, being very rude

The beds were comfortable.

2 towels and wash rags for 7 people. Specifically asked if pool was open when I booked. We get there and it's closed my great-grandsons 5 and 7 were upset. Not a good way to start a family weekend. I believe people who had booked should of been informed. Or allowed to cancel with our money returne
