This hotel was in a great location near many of the downtown attractions. it has a convenient parking garage and was very clean and nicely appointed. The front desk staff were very polite and efficient.

We arrived promptly at 4:00, which is check in time but the desk staff explained that the room we had reserved on a higher floor was not yet clean. Although we waited for approximately a half hour, we were to meet friends for dinner and had to accept a room on a lower floor in order to meet our schedule. In compensation for our disappointing room assignment. Courtyard staff gave us free parking saving us $35. Nice. Later, when we returned to the hotel late in the evening, we could not find an available spot in the parking garage and we were instructed to take our car to the valet who then comp'd the upcharge for valet service due to our inconvenience. Very good service!

Me and my friends really enjoy the stay at the courtyard we came down for a lady's conference it was very convenient for us and Brendan took very good care of us we had a small dilemma and he fixed it right away we will stay at the courtyard when we come again there was a young lady we ran out of towels she went and got the towels immediately for us we didn't have to wait I didn't get her name but I like how hard-working they were trying to make everyone have a wonderful stay

Right next to Everwise Amphitheatre. Bar open inside until midnight. Welcoming vibe with people hanging out in the lobby. Two complementary water bottles in room. Bed comfortable, black out curtains, tv worked. We parked in the underground parking across the street for 30. Saw hotel parking was $35.

Our room wasn’t ready at 5 pm (after 3p check in time) but was ready when we returned at 11 pm. We couldn’t drop our stuff off because of this and had to return to the parking garage to put our stuff back up. They gave us a 50 dollar refund.

I didn't dine at the hotel as they are usually expensive. It was about a 20 minute walk to the town centre and most places didn't open till 11am. It depends on what you like but there was quite a few themed bars and restaurant's in the town. All of the big sporting venues were within walking distance. The Indi 500 track was only a 40 minute bus ride.

Most of the bars and restaurants closed at 11pm. A few were open later but you had to pay an entry fee.

The location was perfect. Short walk to Lucas Oil and right across the street from a few museums.

The cost of food. Breakfast isn't included but be prepared to spend some money if you decide to eat at the hotel. We picked something up on the road. TINY, not very cold, mini fridge. My sister is a type 1 diabetic and needs to keep her insulin cold and this fridge was not cold at all and just barely big enough for all her supplies. There wasn't enough room to put any kind of drinks or leftovers in.

The staff was phenomenal! They were kind, efficient, courteous, and welcoming. The location was absolutely perfect. We came to visit for the zoo, children's museum, canal walk and other touristy things. Everything we wanted to do was within walking distance or a very short (5 to 8 minute) drive away. The hotel was spotless from lobby to room.

The price for parking was insane

the location was great near everything.

since there was a football game the hotels parking garage was a free for all. there was no room to park, you had to pay for vip parking. we had to find a garage a few blocks over. the hotel parking garage should be only for the hotel room guest as much as you pay for your room. I wasn’t paying an extra 50 bucks for parking.

Check in was a bit busy with multiple people trying to check in with only one front desk employee. I attempted to self park due to a long line for valet but ultimately had to come back to valet because all self parking was taken up.

Online, I was told breakfast was included. There was no breakfast that was included. However, the starbucks / cafe was very nice.

I loved the view that you would get at the hotel. Looking at the downtown area or the Everwise amphitheater. So delightful. The location of such buidling was a great place. Easy to go about your day and walk and explore.

The air conditioning was not working well. Although it wasn’t fixed while I was there, they did right by me and credited me a night for free. I appreciate how they tried to make things right. The staff were very friendly
