Check in was traumatic. The valet parking had one attendant at 4pm on Friday March 29, that was earliest checking time prior to a March madness game at 7. The result was cars lined up more than 10 deep on a downtown street. We sat in that line 45 minutes. People behind us were blowing horns and one female walking up to our car banged on the window telling us to get out of the road! We couldn’t move. Appropriate staffing could have prevented this fiasco. Otherwise, our tv would black out periodically for no reason without touching the remote. It would come back on in 3-5 minutes. Frustrating!

The hotel was amazing. The staff was extremely friendly. Tynisha at the front desk was amazing and beyond helpful. She made an amazing accommodation for me and my girlfriend’s anniversary which included a celebratory note specifically for us as well as a complimentary fudge cake in the fridge. Matt, the bellhop was an extreme help. He took all of our bags up to the room with my girlfriend while I parked my car. He unloaded everything and even put all of our drinks in the fridge for us. Katherine was a huge help as well. Overall the experience was beyond perfect overall. From the bite and the staff. To the surrounding area which was downtown. Would definitely recommend as well as come back

Valet people were on it! Valet people seemed more experinced and very knowledgeable of the towns events. Restaurant bar had really good food, Staff were very good to us.

Make better signs, verbally and communicate better telling guest where your Sunday morning buffet was. Smaller towels could save you laundry bills. Bath towels were meant for NBA types. Plan better for Indy 500. Expect guest to be hungry after a rain delayed event. Keep restauraunt open longer. The front desk person needs to know what are the biggest events near its hotel. Never knew how to get to the parade. Police excessive noise and celebrations outside of Omni on eve of Indy 500 so guest don't have to wear ear muffs to sleep. Upgrade to sound insulated windows.

Hotel was great. However, I think the parking situation is misleading, it says “on-site parking”. We thought we wouldn’t have to pay or worry about parking. It should have specified that they offer valet parking at a price. Bathroom shower wets entire floor. When we reported problem they said it was an architectural issue.

Beautiful hotel with an excellent staff! Eric, a manager I believe, took the time to tell us about the history of the hotel and show us around. This kindness was well appreciated. Rooms are not big but elegant, clean and comfortable.

Having to pay for valet parking. In the downtown so I understand. There are not other options. It does add considerable cost to the stay...

The staff was wonderful; very helpful. The hotel shuttle was a great benefit for me.

The bar food was ok, but not great. Granted I art there only once. The heating system was so loud. The fan kept waking me up every time it turned on during the night.

Convenient location to Lucas oil stadium

The bathroom in the room needs updated/freshened up. The paint was peeling and there was mildew along the corners/ceilings.

The location downtown was perfect, close to great fine dining as well as casual eateries and bars. The customer service was wonderful, especially Check-in with Hannah! She just made us feel so special and was welcoming every day along with the other staff. I can recommend the coffee bar and the breakfast buffet, they were really good. We had drinks and appetizers at the bar and they were good as well. The room was clean and bed was very comfortable.

Be aware that Omni is located downtown and of course with the convenience comes the extra cost of parking...the valet is around$53.00 per night, but they were very accommodating and helpful!

The hotel is in a beautiful building and has cozy decor in the lobby. The rooms are nice with comfy beds and nice toiletries (the Omni partners with Nest and the shampoo and body wash were "Sicilian orange" which smells amazing). There was plenty of space in the room for two of us and our bags for the Indy 500. The hotel location is very central to Indianapolis and the city is pretty walk-able. The valet was easy to use as well.
