Great staff, great room super clean, nice and clean gym as well. Big rom and super kind staff. Everything was really over expectations and GREAT, very happy with my choice and the price/quality is really unbeatable. The room was SUPER comfortable, the bed and the lines. Everything was really above expectations when booking this place.

that the gym was so closely located to the pool, it smelled a bit too much chlorine/bleach which was super annoying when running on the treadmill, also the air conditioning was super noisy, BUT I didn't say anything to the staff and I am sure that they would have solved the issue if I would have said something.

The location is ideal for events at Lucas Oil stadium or downtown Indianapolis. There were decent breakfast foods available and a well stocked convenience store. The rooms and bathrooms are comfortable and kept clean. We visited for the 2025 Drum Corps International competition and were able to easily get to the events, as well as getting a glimpse of the backstage activities outside of the stadium.

We requested a stadium facing room, which we got. We didn't realize how much traffic noise can be heard in the room. At times it seemed like the window was open even though it was closed.

We stay here every year for our annual trip to see the Colts game......this facility never disappoints....room is always ready as promised, staff are very polite and hospitable, the breakfast is very hearty and quite delicious. Parking on site is very appreciated and the fee is not bad at all. Love the fact that Lucas Oil stadium is literally outside the hotel door, with many very good restaurants being within walking distance.

Rooms and the indoors of the hotel in general felt a bit "artificial" - lack of personal, character touches that could Hobe made it feel a bit cozier and more homely. It's great to have a pool but opening time of 10am seems a bit late - I'd suggest 8am or even 7pm; would be nice to have a quick swim before heading out for the day or after a workout, especially in the summer.

Breakfast was wonderful, it was hot and fresh! Plenty to eat! Our rooms were very clean, our beds were so comfortable!!! The whole hotel smelled so good like fresh flowers. Everyone was very professional and classy. Great location in the city!

I really liked everything. I will say the older Hispanic lady who worked in the breakfast area, got really really mad when my daughter accidently dropped her plate of biscuit's and gravy. She made it clear she was very upset! She cleaned it up, after we said sorry a couple times. It was an accident, but other than that the breakfast was wonderful. Hot and Fresh! Plenty to chose from.

Charging $25 a night for parking that can't be accommodated is petty and loses value in the stay. Express, if I wanted to stay at the Marriott like I did the year before and pay that for parking that is attached to the place I am going to the next day, I would have. Not enough room to charge your guests this amount, whatsoever. Other than that, a great stay.

Parking, stop charging for something that should be free. Especially in a winter storm.

Nikki at the front desk was extremely helpful on the phone, and when we arrived, she was a ray of sunshine! She went above and beyond to find our 5 year old daughter goggles just so she would be happy! We had just finished our stay from a horrible experience in a vrbo Rental and decided to stay in Indianapolis one more night, and we are so happy that we chose holiday express. It was easy to book and when we went to our room it was clean and neat. There was a housekeeper in another room scrubbing the bathroom, and I asked for directions to the pool. She was very friendly and took her time to explain to me where it was. Breakfast was fantastic as well! This was a great experience for our family! It was my mother,wife,our 3 kids,and myself. Thank you!

Clean, quiet room with a very comfortable bed. Loved the walk-in shower which had good pressure, lots of hot water, a free-flowing drain, soap and shampoo dispensers as well as a handy shelf if you want to use your own. Large vanity with plenty of space to set toiletries. Room also had lots of places to set luggage. Samantha at check-in was very welcoming and helpful.

Everything was great. We would definitely stay again and highly recommend this property to other travelers.

The breakfast was fantastic and the hotel was about a 20 minute walk from where we needed to go. I also liked the extra security of main doors to the hotel being locked from 10pm-10am. The ladies are the front desk were very nice and went out of their way to help us. They even let us park in the VIP parking area because all other spots were filled.

My husband and I experienced an attentive staff - always willing to help at a drop of a hat. We enjoyed a beautifully decorated room, lobby, and hallway. Our room was very clean with an updated look. Decorating ideas, color scheme and furniture worked well together. Inviting look! Breakfast included bagels and cream cheese and yogurt, much to my delight. Hot beverages were available all day and night. My husband and I celebrated the staff's attentiveness and courtesy. Great representation of well-chosen staff members.

Other breakfast items could have been tastier (though I know that is a subjective opinion.) Cereal, some type of raisin bran, was tasteless. Pancakes were adequate. The noise at night - I know you have no control over street noise; however, it made falling asleep and staying asleep very difficult. Our room was at the end of hall facing the traffic On Missouri Street. If there are rooms that provide quiet nights for sleeping, we would consider another stay at Holiday Inn Express.
