Staff was friendly, helpful and hard-working, especially having to deal with race and concert in the same weekend. The location was perfect for our family as we participated in the race. It was also close to good restaurants but not too clase so it still felt peaceful for the most part.

There was nothing in the breakfast buffet for celiacs (except maybe oranges). The yogurt may have been fine but unfortunately many people with autoimmune diseases have to avoid gluten AND dairy. I was going to have the oatmeal but that isn’t always gluten free and I didn’t want to bother the staff because they were all so busy. I would also recommend having bananas in the buffet, esp on race weekends. There was a concert being held at the venue across the street and we could hear almost constant thumping until late on Saturday night.

Refrigerator in the room was too small. The coffee could have been better. I was under the impression there would be an actual Keurig machine so i could have brought my own coffee. I didnt know parking was going to be in a garage that would cost nightly, and we had to search long for parking spots in the garage.

I loved how convenient it was to downtown. I also liked how big the rooms were to accommodate a family of 6.

Our room was on the 15TH floor and you could hear the clanking from the elevator all night/morning. It was worse when in use. Also there are no locks on the bathroom doors which I didn’t like. The breakfast was just okay didn’t have much variety. The biggest downfall for me was the parking. There was parking garage underneath the hotel which cost $35 a day. I feel if you are staying in the hotel this should be free to you. I completely understand the pricing when it comes to football games and baseball games that are in town.

I really liked how friendly the staff was at the hotel, that was the best part for me. The hotel and our queen suite were also really big and clean, which was nice. But what made our stay extra special was that it was my birthday, and every time I walked through the lobby, the staff would wish me a happy birthday. That made me feel really good and made our stay even better.

The only small thing was the breakfast. The eggs were a bit runny and the waffle/pancake machine wasn't working. But it's hard to be upset about that because the breakfast was free. Most hotels don't even offer that. So, overall, I was still happy with everything.

We stay in Indy frequently and very close to this location. Parking here was more expensive than other hotels in the area. The breakfast wasn’t quite as good as the other 2 hotels we frequent. However the location is slightly better than the other hotels. We also booked a skyline top floor room which was outstanding and our kids really enjoyed it. We also really loved the west elm pull out bed rather than just the standard pull out couch we normally receive at hotels when booking for 5 people. Would recommend and stay here again but would like to see parking come down from $35/night to $25.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was immaculate. But the best part was that the location and views were amazing. We were staying for a concert and could see the stage from our window. We could also see Victory Field.

To my understanding, they were short staffed in housekeeping on a night where 2 concerts and a ball game were going on, and this caused our check-in to be delayed by 2 hours. This ended up delaying our plans and making us a little later for the concert than we wanted to be.

Bathroom: didn't know the toilet & shower were separate, needs exhaust fans Room: directions on how to set the thermostat (buttons were worn off so had to figure out through trial and error)

Location was great, place was clean for the most part - shower could have been a little cleaner or needed recaulking. Breakfast was average... no toast or fruit toppings for waffles such as strawberries. Parking should be a tad cheaper based on the fact that's it's still a few blocks from the main downtown area. No pool :(

It was a pretty good experience not bad for downtown Indy Hotel, also, one of the Young receptionist guy think his name was Rafael , however he was really nice and I appreciate him a lot for being patient with me, Nice to me when I asked a question if I'm not sure about something, he also made me feel (Non-Ostracized), so yes I appreciate employees like him. Thank you, thank you, thank you!

The woman who checked us in and out was absolutely amazing, I wish I remembered her name. She is so great at her job and definitely deserves recognition.

We got stuck on 2 different elevators which caused panic attacks but it was fixed while we ate breakfast so they were very prompt in getting it addressed quickly.
