This place is at the perfect spot. Right across the street to the Lucas Oil Stadium events. The manager was very nice, gave us water after my 18 minute walk from my terrible Airbnb stay at the Block Apartment on 113 Market Street room 611, I’ve booked thur booking.com. Mrs. Destiny from customer service was also very nice and helpful.

The room is very nice and the beds are comfortable. I had an early flight to get to. The breakfast didn’t open on time. (6:00am) Had to skip breakfast but was able to at least grab a cup of coffee.

The breakfast was Good. There was a nice variety. It was clean and the staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was spacious.

One staff member was having a bad day and was expressing it negatively in front of the guest,that needs to be addressed in training. TV needs a station guide you have to go through all the channels to see what is on. Also it was during the time of the shooting at the political rally and the tv was on Fox News non stop. We heard it in our rooms, breakfast needs to be relaxing and neutral.

The location is convenient, especially when you're there for an event at Lucas Oil. The size of the room is great! Allows a family space and not be on top of each other. The beds are comfortable.

No more free breakfast. I didn't realize this when I booked, if I would have known I would have gone to a nearby hotel that offers it. I like the convenience when you don't have to leave the hotel early to find breakfast.

Location for Indy shuttle bus. This is my second year staying there and both times the staff has been wonderful and very friendly!!

Bathrooms in rooms could use a little help, shower dripped all night, toilet paper roll holder fell off the wall, and the caulking of the tub was terrible a 90 year old blind person could have done better.

The staff were extremely friendly. There is a staff member name Brock that works there at the front desk, who is very nice and funny.

I didn’t like that the pool was freezing cold and not heated. I also didn’t like how the jacuzzi was out of order, the water was brown. Also, you will have to pay a $25 parking fee for EACH DAY YOU STAY at the hotel. This was something my family was unaware of. But the parking garage is very close and our car was safe which was a relief.

The staff was so great, can't say enough about the kindness we were shown. Location was great if attending anything at Lucas oil stadium.

We got the king room deluxe and it didn't have a sofa sleeper or a couch at all. Just two chairs. No place for kids to sleep so we all piled into a King bed that night. Housekeeping out of cots but I asked last min and the hotel was pretty full.

We came for a Colts game. They let us check in early to make sure we could freshen up from our (10 hour) travel before the game! We travel for NFL games frequently and always try to stay close to the stadium. This hotel is the CLEANEST and most pleasant “stadium hotel” we’ve stayed at. With awesome views of the stadium from the parking garage & wonderful staff as the best bonuses. Without hesitation we will make sure to stay here again!

I have nothing negative to say.

Int own to watch a band at the Slippery Noodle and the Holiday Inn was perfect location. Right in the shadow of Lucas Oil Stadium. Staff was courteous, room was clean, and the bed was comfy. Nice little hotel close to just about everything in Downtown Indy.

Very close to Lucas Oil, area felt safe, good access within walking distance of food. Parking was close by and reasonably priced.

Price during events is overly high for the accommodations. No free breakfast and paid breakfast isn’t really worth it. Hotel could use an update in areas.

Very clean, beds were super comfy, and our room was nice and quiet. Perfect location for an event at the stadium. The pool is a bit small and can get loud, but the kids loved it. Breakfast was great (only free for kids), and the staff doing breakfast were absolutely fantastic. Overall, great stay. Keep in mind that you will pay for parking at the structure next door, and check-in can be busy right before big events at the stadium.

My messages through the app were never responded to before our trip, I had to call to ask questions (they were answered quickly and clearly). Was told that there is a restaurant with dinner on-site, but that is not the case (or it was closed).
