The rooms were wonderfully clean, I have been in some not so clean rooms and this room well exceeded my expectations. The staff was wonderful and friendly. Parking was good, I got lucky and found a spot behind hotel but I do know if that is not an option you would have to park away and walk- only downfall but I didnt have to experience that. Overall this hotel was amazing. Close to the convention center where I needed to be- despite the weather it would have been an easy walk. Definitely would highly recommend a stay here! They also had a social hour from 5-7 with free drinks and a salad bar! YES! Staff was friendly and helpful

Location.Here for the Royal Rumble. If you are in Indy for a Colts game or event at Lucas Oil or the Convention Center this is definitely a hotel to stay at. Lucas Oil is directly behind the hotel, two minute walk and the Convention Center is across street from Lucas Oil. Go a few blocks down and you are at the Centre Town Mall and the Gainbridge Fieldhouse. Hotel is clean with comfy beds and nice spacious suites. The one bedroom suite is great for a family of four. Staff was wonderful and welcoming. Will be my go to hotel for my Colts games. Parking is $25 per night in the lot but it's worth it.

Our room and hotel over all were very clean and comfortable. We really enjoyed the indoor pool and free breakfast. The breakfast had a ton of options for everyone even picky eaters. Having a pantry for small purchases was also a hit as we needed to utilize it during our stay.

Most of the staff was nice, but there were a few that seemed very stressed out and short when asking questions or needing assistance. I liked that we were able to snag a parking spot in the lot space behind the hotel, but if it is full you have to park in the garage at the Holiday Inn which I can see causing more trouble for families with children whether (typical or neurodivergent)

The bed seemed small. I thought my suite had two queen size beds but they were only full size. The beds were not very comfortable and one by window where I slept felt like it was leaving as if I’d roll out of the bed. My daughters complained the sleeper sofa in living room was too rough to sleep on with thin mattress that the bar hurt their backs. Otherwise room was nice. My oldest daughter noticed wall dirty in bedroom like a drink had been splashed against the wall going into bathroom and not wiped off.

Quiet (no traffic, hallway voices, or plumbing sounds) comfortable, and large room. Our room had a desk, sofa/seating area, and kitchenette with dishwasher, stovetop, and a full-size refrigerator. There is a guest laundry and business center on the first floor. Breakfast buffet had many options - yogurt, cereal, toast, eggs, fruit, breakfast meats. We were surprised that the M-W “social hour” was actually dinner (burgers, hot dogs, brats, salad, and wine or beer). Walkable to Lucas Stadium and the Conference Center.

The lobby has a faint odor of chlorine from the swimming pool. 2-3 miles one way is probably too far to Monument Circle or Massachusetts Ave for most people to consider walkable. $25/day for parking. No airport shuttle. Uber/Lyft price would depend on timing (we paid $30 one way).

Continental breakfast was very nice , as well as the eating/ social area. This hotel was very conveniently located in 4 minute walking distance to one of the events we attended, and within 2 miles of the other 2 events. Very nice! And wonderful suite!

The A/C would not allow us to turn the temp below 65...I get hot very easily and get heat rashes that spread and evolve into worse skin irritations if I get hot and can't cool down

The room was spacious and clean and had all of the amenities we required. The staff was friendly, and the location was perfect.

There was obviously a game day premium placed on the price of the room, and there was no extended checkout available, even for rewards members, but that wasn't completely unexpected, so it was a very minor inconvenience

It was absolutely amazing stay .. I loved how everything was in walking distance.. Lucas oil stadium was literally in the back side of the hotel .. I’d stay in that hotel again in a heartbeat.. amazing breakfast… the hotel staff allowed us to tailgate in their parking lot ..for the football game which is amazing so you don’t had to move your car and try to find a lot to park in..

Size of room was very nice. Great amenities. Liked the central air control, dual TV'S and that you had a door between the bedroom and other rooms for privacy. Large closet space. Liked the shuttle option as well. Driver was very pleasant.

Not enough lighting in the dressing area, no full length mirror in this room, however my other family's room had one. Needs to be consistent. Not enough space for the breakfast area. Very congested to manuver around and not enough seating.

The location was exactly what we needed walk to the Lucus oil stadium

I made reservations in October for my room and when we checked in I found out I paid twice, once in October and again at check in, still have not been refunded any of the down payment/ paid up front, Not happy at all about that.
