Very clean and the staff was friendly. We had an event at military park and were able to walk there. For dinner we were also able to walk down the street to a pub and I loved the convenience of that. I would def stay here again.

I was a little frustrated because when I booked it said I would have a mini fridge in my king size room. When checking in we found out that was not true. We were on the 3rd floor and the concierge said no fridges on the 3rd floor but I could bring things down to the lobby and he would hold them in a different fridge. I did not do that. Also you had to pay for parking and I was unaware. I booked through booking.com and didn't remember seeing that. It was $50 for the night! I feel paying guest should get to park for free or at least a discount. $20 a night would of been more reasonable.

The location was very close to all of the major attractions in the downtown area. I walked to all of the museums and monuments within a 8 block radius and never felt unsafe. The facility was nice but way overpriced for a one night stay. Plenty of restaurant options within the hotel for someone that is a shut in and doesn't want to leave.

If I wasn't getting reimbursed from work for the stay, I would never spend the amount that I did to stay here. It's a hotel room, not a 24 hour spa with someone catering to my every need.

The hotel was in a good location for my needs. Very comfortable and clean. I really enjoyed the priority club that had breakfast, snacks, appetizers and desserts. I felt safe and had a great time being able to walk to the convention center and Lucas Oil stadium.

There seemed to be a language barrier with some of the front desk staff that did not speak English as their main language. I had trouble understanding them and they defiantly had difficulty understanding me. Instead of getting another employee to help me he just shrugged his shoulders. The price per night was high but I am sure it was because 60,000 people were expected for the National Eucharistic Congress.

The staff were friendly and helpful. Our room was very clean and well maintained. I was happy for the on-site parking. We ate at Conner’s and had excellent service and delicious food. We loved the location for our concert at Lucas Oil, and there are so many sights and attractions within walking distance! I would definitely choose the Marriott Downtown for any future Indy travel. Thanks for a great stay!

Not a thing :)

The room was nice and very clean. I liked that we were able to access the indoor walkway to get us closer to Lucas Oil, since it was very cold and windy that day. Upon check out the staff was very helpful getting our car loaded. Valet had our car ready and waiting for us.

Small bathroom for 4 guests, however we made it work! There did not seem to be enough staff during the check in process. We were in town for a concert at Lucas Oil and the wait for valet and to check in was very lengthy (greater than 15 mins.). Then we had to wait in line over 15 mins to catch the elevator to our room. Seemed like there should have been more staff available for a quicker process knowing this concert was happening over two days.. maybe they got it right for Friday night's guests, but could've done better for Thursday.

I came for a Pink concert. The hotel had pink balloons around the lobby and the staff all wore pink shirts. I think that was very cool. They were very prepared for the large amount of people. I also liked that when I got to my very nice room that on the tv it had my name and welcomed me. 😊 the restaurant in the hotel was also nice and the food and staff was very good.

The only thing that could have been better was the cost of parking at the hotel. I think it was very expensive.

Spacious rooms and gym very nice. Cleaning staff quite pleasant!

Parking fee is outrageous and to pay for wifi it's even third world. Doesn't justify in such hotel. I never paid for wifi in this hotel chain over the world. Breakfast reception girl didn't want to talk so it was a game of head movement and moaning.... Terrible.

The whole set up and availability to move from your facility to the JW where my granddaughter was participating in her Irish step dance was great I wish we had better access to food and drinks besides Starbucks would be a plus. I missed having breakfast and dinner available. I know you have restaurants with good expensive meals within the facility, but everything was out of range for myself and grandchildren.

I did not like the lack of affordable Family eating or take out facilities. It was difficult to keep us hydrated and fed. Thank goodness for our snacks and drinks brought in from home.

For a hotel of such reputation the quality of the breakfast is a scandal. Zero fresh vegetables, zero yellow cheeses. The only edible things for European that do not eat milk are the scrambled eggs (mediocre) and sausage (fine). Typical American breakfast with almost nothing to offer for European customers.

Location was ideal to walk to Lucas Oil Stadium. The bed and pillows were amazingly comfortable. Even though there was a long line at check-in, they made the process smooth and the line moved quickly. The staff was very cordial and helpful.

They did not have a pool or hot tub. The restaurant service could have been better. Parking was very expensive on top of the price of the hotel.
