Convenient to downtown & plenty of parking

Everything was good, a small complementary breakfast would be a bonus. The shower head in our room didn’t work the best either.

We did not partake in the breakfast. Unfortunately, unlike other Marriotts I have stayed at there was a charge for breakfast.

That I did not get credit for this stay and there was a lot of construction surrounding the hotel, so it made getting around to be a slight problem for out of town guests.

Could not cancel the third day of my stay. They said it was booking .com's fault for not refunding me the third day. Booking .com asked me to call the hotel, but did not help me beyond that.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Multiple staff members would always welcome us back when we came in! We were in town for a conference but had to leave early as both my roommates contracted covid. We originally booked room and parking for three days, but they allowed us to check out early and did not charge us for the last day. :) Free wifi worked better than you'd expect from a hotel.

Website is not clear that parking is $30 a night. Was not a surprise to us as we found this information in past reviews, but it would be nice to see upfront.

Jason at the front desk was exceptional. He was kind, caring, and compassionate. He predicted our needs and was able to satisfy us. We needed transportation at 0345 the next morning and he set it up for us. We were early and he accommodated us. We will be back as our first choice when we are in Indiana.

The room was not put back together after it was cleaned. The cushions on the couch were off and the shower drain was not in place. We chose the hotel based on reviews, especially bed comfort. It actually was not as comfortable as we expected.

The staff was great.

There was mold on the picture in the bathroom. Also the restaurant attendant didn't know show so there was no dinner and drinks. Lastly I didn't know there was a charge for parking until I checked in.

We especially loved Jason he helped me take care of something that booking.com didn't help me with we are so grateful he did

The location was central to where my daughter lives. The room was clean and was a nice size.

I prefer hotels that don't make you pay for parking.

Was not a fan that we had to pay an additional $30 to park our car overnight while we stayed. This was not clear when booking the room and was taken back when this was mentioned.

EVERYTHING!!! Room set-up and decor, location of this hotel (nice evening views), the amenities (restaurant, fridge and microwave, indoor pool, gym) and the EXCEPTIONAL staff!
