We love this hotel - it is not the first time we have stayed here. It is within a mile of most of the field houses and/or convention sites and it is only a block from the Indy circle and monument and/or state capitol building. Most of the rooms are very spacious and when the staff asked me if I would like to stay at a lower or higher level, I just stated that I wanted my room to be spacious like most of the rooms they have. And our room was wonderfully spacious. It just makes a stay feel more like home than when a person is squeezed into a room with a desk and two beds and just room to walk around the beds, etc. This room had a huge living area in front of the beds that was about 19 square feet. Our stay was too short so we didn't get to enjoy the very comfortable beds as long as we would have liked. I will come to this hotel any time that we can.

Our room was adjacent to the elevators. At first, we wondered why we had such a huge walk-in closet - we have never had that before and we soon realized that it was space beside the elevators - which we heard into late into the night. We did not hear people talking or walking or anything like that - we could simply hear the swooshing of the elevators going up and down. It kept us awake for a bit, but we did finally get used to it. We also love the pool but and it is usually open at 6am. We had to checkout very early this time and wanted to take a quick morning swim but the pool was closed (we realized something could have happened but it was disappointing.)

The window was so small for the amount of price I paid for a 18 floor room. I was hoping to have a beautiful view of the city. Perhaps next time I should ask for a room with a better view considering I paid a lot for the room expecting to have an amazing view. Also, breakfast was not included, but if I had upgraded to any other room it would have been. I feel everyone should be allowed to have breakfast at the room rate. It was a clean and enjoyable experience. Thank you.

Location, parking garage attached, staff was phenomenal, very comfortable room, features though the Hilton app are always a win, great spot for Fever game also

Didn’t realize the room didn’t come with a microwave but it was available on request for a fee, I probably just missed that in the description of the room. Tub in the bathroom didn’t look extremely clean.

Location is great! Most of the staff was very friendly. Hotel was very clean. Room was very large and spacious. Breakfast was very good.

Toilet is too low to the floor, this should be updated. There is no fan in the bathroom. The heating/cooling in the room needs updating..., the "sitting room" had the only vents, which means the bedroom area did not have any. Made for a stuffy night's sleep.

The Hotel was clean, peaceful, and within walking distance of all the attractions and events.

We arrived late. We notified the Hotel, but when we arrived, our reservation was marked as a no-show. However, the Hotel staff was helpful in correcting the situation and getting us accommodated.

Location nearby everything, very clean, spacious big rooms, good staff.

Breakfast had no variations, only american style with no sign of vegetables at all. Fitness and pool is not good. Outdated facilities.

I loved everything! This was definitely the best hotel I’ve ever stayed in. Everyone was so friendly and the whole hotel was just gorgeous. I was in shock by how big our room was and had a blast in the pool!

Really the only thing I didn’t like about the stay was the fact that there was a bunch of college kids parting in a room on our floor. There was also a room by the elevator that was being used for classes or lectures or something and Everytime we went to go somewhere it felt as if we were being starred down by them. Other than that everything was great!

Everything went well! Our stay was brief but fantastic! The staff was friendly and helpful. Blaine, with the Valet service, was great, I enjoyed talking with him. As your valet service is the first line of greeters, we appreciated their help!

Great location! In walking distance to most of downtown area. Also thought the hotel was clean, and cozy! The bed was excellent 👌 as well! Can't leave out the "Mind Tripping Show" at the hotel was a nice bonus to our stay!

Just a little pricey for what we got. Wish they had a continental breakfast option.

The rooms were spacious, clean, and very comfortable. I'm picky about the air conditioners when I change the room temperature, they're generally close to bed and I can't sleep with the roaring a/c sound. The a/c's were in the sitting area and was very easy to adapt without much sound in the bedding area. The showers were large and clean. The services were spotless. The housekeeping people and the reception personnel was very kind. It's in a central location where everything is near. Indianapolis was cold when I was there and we didn't want to go out. The bar downstairs had a nice lounge and was very good to chat with friends without having to go out. I didn't have breakfast on purpose, because every restaurant was nearby. So, I cannot say anything about that.
