Upon arrival i was greeted by the gentleman at the front desk by the name of Ben, he was very friendly and courteous with plenty of knowledge about the city which made my itinerary easy to piece together, he also made plenty of good recommendations and suggestions which i was thankful for. My Room had some great amenities - fridge/freezer Dishwasher etc and the cleanliness of the room was on point. The Breakfast room is a decent size with alot of variety and delicious options. Location is fantastic, being the the heart of the downtown area, all local attractions were easily accessible and in walking distance.

There wasn't alot i disliked about the property, it exceeded my expectations all round and i would love to stay here again in the near future. If i could change one thing it would be booking a trip here in the summer when the weather is nicer.

We stayed here for our one year anniversary and had dinner near by. The valet and front desk staff were so polite and quick getting us checked in. Our room was spacious and very clean (the room had very high ceilings too which was amazing!). The hotel itself was really nice. We had a great breakfast and they had a nice assortment of options. I would absolutely stay here again!

If I had the opportunity to change anything, I would make parking a bit more accessible for people that the valet parking isn’t necessarily worth the cost but with it being downtown and the parking options, it made us feel much safer and at ease using the service when there’s not an available parking lot that you would typically have for a hotel.

Big room, good kitchen, comfy bed, loved the sectional. Breakfast was good.

Shower curtain too short and bathroom floor was totally wet after showering. Wall rotting where it met the shower. Toilet paper fixture kept falling apart. Broken lampshade.

1.I was there on Saturday night and would have expected lower charges for valet parking as on the road parking is free for Sunday 2. At reception I was required to ask for the water bottles which are free for Hilton honors member 3.

Proximity to the Gainbridge Fieldhouse ,Restaurants ,Shopping etc.

The Fitness Room needs better ventilation, a fan or something to move the air around. Some of the equipment didn’t work ,[one of the treadmills]. There weren’t any materials to clean off the equipment when done working out.

The breakfast was great and staff was super friendly and helpful. We loved Beatrice at the front desk. The location was PERFECT for walking everywhere.

There was zero shower gel in the dispenser. They need to check that on a regular basis. Valet parking was a bit pricey at $42 per night.

The location is just great! The rooms have everything you need and are clean. We arrived early but they showed us into the room without any problems!

Great location and staff. I had to walk to the convention center for work and it was around everything that I needed. The room was clean and spacious and I was comfortable.

I had absolutely no complaints.

The room I stayed in was spacious and had all the amenities.

That I had to go down an alley to find the entrance. I had no choice but to valet as there is no parking anywhere close. So the extra valet charge made the cost similar to all other hotels in the area and I thought I was getting a good deal.

The front desk staff Andy was amazing!! He was super helpful and friendly!!

The incidental charge was high and was not explained to me when I made the booking, also the parking was made to seem like the best deal when in reality it was more expensive than nearby parking. Also, we could not use our streaming device on the TV.
