My daughter and I came for the Taylor Swift Eras Tour and this was THE best value in downtown walking distance to Lucas Oil. The staff was amazing. John at the front desk was THE sweetest and he was there all weekend. All the other staff were helpful and kind and pleasant (even tho it was a super hectic busy weekend. The room was comfortable and clean. The breakfast was good. And there was always coffee in the lobby. Dining area was clean and plenty of seating. There was plenty of parking (which I was most concerned for) and so close to all the downtown restaurants and shopping and Lucas Oil (probably about a 15-20 minute walk.). Also plenty of outlets in the room.

What I didn’t like was the elevators were not working the weekend we stayed (maybe due to the high volume of guests) and ALL rooms are either on 2nd or 3rd floor. The walls are a bit thin (we could hear our neighbors into the night. The location is good BUT be warned there is a bus station close by that attracts some homeless but they never bothered anyone. And (this is just me) but I didn’t like the bathroom setup. No door separating vanity and closet to the toilet and shower. (There is a door that separates all that to the bedroom) —also some minor repairs might need to be addressed (like the shower head was a little loose and the faucet in bathroom was loose). The hotel could use a little refresh but it’s not dirty.

This was the most reasonable option for Taylor Swift weekend! The stay met my expectations for the price point. Yes, the ac system was loud, but we could still sleep. Yes, we had to carry our luggage up to the third floor, but we were given prior notice about the broken elevator. The location was in the middle of all the areas of Indy that we wanted to visit. We were allowed to check in much earlier than we anticipated, and the front desk staff were gracious and thoughtful as soon as we arrived and until we picked upnour stored luggage. The room was clean and spacious for the 3 of us. We will absolutely stay again!

Free parking, an upper and lower parking area directly underneath the building. This is a great location just minutes from everything. Nice decor, seems fancier than most La Quinta Inns my boyfriend and I have visited. Our room was beautiful and clean. We always get a King Size bed. The bed was comfortable and we both slept amazing. Air conditioning worked wonderful and we also had hot showers with a great strong water pressure. We did not use the fitness center although they have one on floor 3. Breakfast in the morning was better than most hotels we have visited. Nice selection of hot and cold items. Receptionist was so kind and friendly.

Everything was great. No complaints.

There was no coffee, and the orange juice was watered down. Someone informed the staff, and we were told the ciffee was being made, and they fixed the orange juice. However, by the time we finished eating, there was still no coffee. This was our only complaint.

Location to the Fever stadium was amazing. Rooms were clean. Breakfast was included.

It may be due to the water main break but there was a very strong scent like an air freshener in the lobby. Almost hard to breathe. Parking was very limited. We did not need the elevator but it would have been to receive a courtesy call that it was down, if we were handicapped it would have been terrible to not have a place to stay.

Although it is an older facility, everything is well kept and well maintained. Breakfast was good, with a nice variety of options, room was clean. Each bed had three types of pillows to suit your needs, and the mattress was comfortable. It is also close to all of the sporting facilities, and DT Indy

Well...my toilet seat was loose. That is the worse thing I can say about the place

The location to Gainbridge Field House! We went to see an Indiana Fever game with two of our granddaughters, and it was only a 10-15 minute walk. I also liked the free onsite parking.

It was a bit dated. The numbers on the elevator buttons, as an example, were unreadable from use over the years. But it was clean and comfortable.

Access to downtown by walking.

Bed says queen and it was full. My husband is 6 feet tall and 2 inches we didn't fit in that bed. My daughters were tight in theirs because they are tall and grown. I requested a window to the street, I got a window to the inside parking lot. No outside street view. Sink was clogged. Two big towels for four grown people in the room.

Loved the location. Walking distance to Gainbridge Fieldhouse and restaurants. Staff very friendly. Quiet location. Convenient free parking.

There was trash inside the ac unit. No idea what it was. Very noticeable when you turn it on/off so I have no idea how they didn't notice it. The elevator is pretty small and slow. So if you're trying to get back to your room after an event be prepared to wait. Only about 2-3 people fit at once. There are stairs available at least. Wish they had vending machines instead of their own fridge and shelf with a few chips and canned beans. Can of pop was about $2.50.

Location is very close to Gainbridge Fieldhouse and a short walk to the circle. They have free parking unlike most hotels downtown. My room was clean and staff was very friendly.

I like that the parking is free, but the street level parking is limited, and the parking garage was a little dingy. Both options were very tight, thankfully I have a small car.
