The hotel was very clean! Our room was so nice! Breakfast was great! Location was perfect!

One of the staff members (Mindi) was very rude when arriving! Because my name was put on reservation backwards (first name last) she did not think we had reservation there and was extremely rude to me! Not wanting to help and eventually Telling me to leave! I Felt very unwelcome! But when she finally realized I had paid for a two day stay, that all changed!

This hotel is top notch! From scheduling to everything in between we had the best experience! We used valet service which was amazing! Luis checked us in and cared for our every request with ease and kindness. Our room was immaculate and had everything we expected and more. The pool was heated (water was warm) and my kids loved it. Breakfast was delicious and they had the most caring staff. I unfortunately didn't get their names. The gentleman (also didnt get his name) who checked us out was amazing and personable. We didn't hear any noise in our room and it was beautiful! I 100% recommend this hotel. The pizza place across the road was also delicious and reasonably priced. Thank you so much for an amazing stay!

The room was very large. We loved that. Beds were comfy. We weren’t able to buy breakfast as we were rushing out early

This is of course a seasonal thing and I’m sure it gets done when it’s possible due to windows being so large, but they were dirty. I could almost not make out the views, but this is understandable due to winter There was no bottled water (except vitamin water to purchase. We could have brought some w us but forgot. Grout in bathroom might need help in a few places. It it was clean

The air conditioning unit in our room was extremely loud when starting. I mean it was the equivalent to a fog horn blast. Had to turn the unit off to sleep. Reported it to front desk and was told they would pass it along to engineering.

staff was uniformly excellent

they were doing work on the building a couple floors away, and it was pretty loud for the first hour or two, plus a couple of other times during the weekend. staff worked really hard to coordinate with the construction crew to get them done

The staff was very personable and worked to put our rooms close together. We were able to check in early and everyone we talked to was very friendly and helpful

The city itself was under a little unrest but we did not have any issues or problems while staying

I called and talked to Lindsey. She was awesome let her know my situation of not having water at my residence and needed a room before 4. I went on website it booked me she couldn't find it she made it her priority to dig deeper found my name and a room within minutes. Her personality was TOP of the line. The room was clean and ready. Also once I got settled ALEX made it a priority to text me and ask if I needed anything. This team was awesome and if I ever want to go to a room I will pick her. Loved everything about it. Breakfast was delicious and the choices were awesome. The staff in the dining area was also top notch. I really enjoyed my stay. Thanks so much guys. Please let Lindsey know I recognized her she deserves it.

No issues at all

Location was great. Staff was nice. Waitress/bartender in restaurant was fantastic.

My only complaint was that my room was too warm. It was 72 degrees when I arrived. I tried to cool the room down, but regardless of whether I selected Cool or Heat, it blew hot air. I ended up turning the system off for my stay and it still only got down to 70. Made it uncomfortable to sleep in.

The room and lobby was super clean and smelled clean. I liked getting a text from the front desk asking if everything was satisfactory instead of having to call. The value can't be beat. We've stayed in more expensive rooms that weren't as nice and clean.

There was some noise on the streets (loud trucks and people yelling) but that's the city.

The staff was friendly from the minute we walked in the door, until the moment we checked out and left. The room was clean and awesomely appointed, looking like we were the first guests to ever stay in the room. The shower was great, hot water immediately available with great pressure.

The elevator’s could have been functionally faster and vacuumed more often, this was a small concern that wouldn’t effect a return to this hotel.
