Wonderful view and very clean. Great place to stay nice and roomy and cozy.

I’m only rating it a 9 because we had ZERO hot water for our shower. Though no fault to the staff this was a big issue for us as we stayed for a wedding and needed to clean up for that event. My only other complaints were the view of the canal was great but the windows were so extremely dirty we could hardly see out of the smudges on the glass. I would have expected that to be clean often.

Loved being on the canal for going for a run and the location was close to everything we needed. I was in town for the Marathon and the convention center, corrals, etc. were all very close. The breakfast was great as hotel breakfasts go with oatmeal, bacon, eggs, fruit, etc. No pancake station if that's a big deal to you.

We ended up using the sofa bed and it was not very comfortable. I wouldn't count on it for a second bed if you have that option. Also, if you are planning on using the sofa bed, be aware the bathroom is only accessible through the bedroom. They were having key card issues that they were very responsive to, but we got locked out on the canal Friday morning and had to call for them to let us in.

The staff was EXTREMELY nice and accommodating. Being from out of town- I had lots of questions and didn't know the city very well. They gave suggestions, told me their favorite places and made the stay much more comfortable.

Breakfast was okay- wish that there were a little more choices with the hot portion of breakfast. We were able to go to the Hotel beside for some things but each time we went there- it was either closed down or a cook wasn't on site at the time. This was NOT the Residence Inn but they had an advertisement to go to the Courtyard for additional food.

First the location. Breakfast was OK but not great, The African American gentlemen who greeted us at the lobby is a huge asset to your hotel. He was most helpful as Booking.com screwed up the booking I just don't understand why they would call themselves Boioking.com when they cant even get that right. What they did was reverse my first and last name and so the hotel could not find our booking. This caused us a 30 minute delay in checking in. However the gentleman was tying hard as possible to fix the situation.

Just one thing. Please get better coffee in the rooms. The coffee there tasted like swamp water.

I was allowed to check in early. My suite was clean. It was a mini apartment. When you walk in look up at the tv in the sitting room/living room. There's a personalized message welcoming you to the suite. The staff was very friendly. Breakfast was actually hot and delicious.

The people over me stomping on the floor which I'm aware isn't their fault. I think it must be a universal feature of all hotels that sometime during the night the air goes off. I went to sleep freezing. I woke up sweating and kicking off the covers.

The location was within walking distance to Lucas Oil Stadium (about a 20 minute walk). Canal view was nice. The room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable. Breakfast was great with lots of choices. The staff were very friendly and professional.

It was a little pricey, but understandable on a Saturday night with nearby events.

The hotel has an excellent location, close to downtown and with views of the canal. The bedroom is a perfect size, well-equipped, and super clean. The bed and linens were comfortable, and everything looked really great.

We were traveling with our dog, and the pet fee is quite expensive, as well as the parking fee, given that there is no valet for parking. They could review it.

Location and accommodations were excellent. Staying on the canal side can be noisy when sleeping from late night walkers from bars being loud. Other then that I have zero complaints and would definitely return.

Brighter lighting in room.

Everything was very clean, nice rooms with all the necessities, location-so many places within walking distance, TV-I like that you can log in to Netflix or Amazon and have more to watch than a few cable stations.

Breakfast-or lack thereof. Saturday about 30 before posted ending time they were out of everything but cereal and a couple biscuits. Several people asking the kitchen workers about refilling and were told no.

Wonderful staff & facilities! The room was very nice, clean & updated. The view of the canal was nice. The location was great. Step right out onto the canal. Within a half mile of lots of restaurants and shopping. 5 min drive to the zoo. Lots of parking with in & out privileges.

The pool needs some work. And the breakfast was edible, but it's a typical free hotel breakfast, so it's not great.
