Room was clean and comfortable, if a little small. Location was perfect - right downtown and walkable to everything we wanted.

Reception staff was friendly but fairly incompetent - insisted we booked a room with a king bed instead of two queens, until I pulled up my confirmation email and proved he was wrong. Then he said I told him the wrong name for the reservation and he was looking at someone else. We did NOT get the adjoining or nearby rooms we had requested, even though I made the request a month in advance and then confirmed it the day before. Having premium Marriott status got us absolutely nothing - no late checkout, no breakfast, no benefit at all. Valet parking was $50 (!!) but there are plenty of inexpensive nearby lots that you can book if you don't mind walking a couple blocks.

I love this place. However, I saw that some guests had vouchers for breakfast and I have been a member for a few years now and no one offered or informed me about how I could receive a voucher for breakfast and parking. I have been to other Sheratons across the country and was alway accommodated as a returning guest. What do I need to do to aquire these accomodations? Aside from that the service was great, food was good. Overall I was satisfied with my stay but would love to know that as a returning guest I have an opportunity to some of the above perks mentioned. Excellent location to most things definitely in walking distance

For the price breakfast should be included as the only bonus was you could have an omelet made.. most places I've stayed breakfast is included.. it can be included at no extra charge so I just missed that but none the less for the price and the breakfast style it should just be like the normal... They have space that they could offer a side breakfast cafe in the steakhouse mornings for some that may want something else... Either way enjoyed the stay

We stayed for our anniversary and when the front desk attendant, Camilo, noticed we had our kids with us, he upgraded us to a suite that was on the pool level for easy access. Every staff member we encountered was friendly and helpful. Camilo went out of his way to check on us the next day and made sure we enjoyed our room and had everything that we needed. The customer service alone made for a fantastic stay. But we loved the view from our room and the rooftop pool, as well.

I loved the pool, I just wish it stayed open until 10pm so I could enjoy the view of the Monument and the lights. It's a beautiful location!

The hairs I found left in the bathroom, on the toilet and the bathtub. Also, the tub had a ring around it. May I also suggest offering free coffee as well as water, in the lobby.

Roof top pool was nice. Nice view. Within walking distance to everything. Nice gym.

Extra $44 for parking. No free breakfast. Garage was being remodeled so everyone had to use valet, which was confusing to figure out. Had to call the hotel to understand what to do. On site restaurant was very expensive for small portions. We were the first to arrive and it took over an hour to get our food with hardly anyone there.

The decor and fixtures could use a refresh, but the incredible staff make up for it and give that place sparkle. The hotel personnel are kind, polished, professional, and polite. I also appreciated the fast check in process. Rooftop pool with amazing view was an unexpected bonus. Hotel is in a great location. Whole Foods within walking distance. Tea and coffee maker in the room was also a nice convenience.

Centrally located in downtown Indianapolis. Courtesy staff opens entry door into hotel with pleasantries. Very clean!! You can walk anywhere! Upgraded to a beautiful room! David was excellent!

Everything was great really. Only think I can think about was the front desk, restaurant/Bar area was cold. Food was good, drinks were better!

Very nice and clean facility with lovely staff.

The only negatives were the ongoing construction in the building and the parking garage was closed, so that I had to park around the block and lug all my bags quite a distance.

The cleanliness of the room was good. The overall place was well maintained and exceeded expectations.

Room service wasn't up to par. I went downstairs asking for some new batteries for the TV remote in the room the receptionist said she'd call engineering. After 25 mins, I called the desk downstairs and then the same receptionist said she'll bring the batteries herself. We never got our batteries that night.
