The location is beautiful, we loved walking the canal! The room was great, very comfortable. The pool wasn’t huge but was perfect for what our family was looking for! The breakfast was phenomenal. Chorizo, tortillas, potatoes, kielbasa sausage, omelets, waffles, cereal, toast, muffins, bagels. The staff were super nice and helpful! Overall it was a great stay and we’ll stay there again if we’re in town!

Only complaint: parking is ridiculously expensive at the hotel, but if you don’t park there you get money back. We parked at the university (easier since it was in the summer). The room didn’t have any water cups (no big deal, probably just overlooked). The pool was a bit cloudy, but clean. The breakfast serving area was a bit crowded when we went down since it’s quite small. The staff do a good job directing the flow to work well, but there still gets quite a backup.

The pool was great. And the size of the room was good.

The breakfast staff was rude and I felt like I was being rushed (at 9:15). She was huffing and puffing like we were all inconveniencing her. The room for breakfast was too small and it just didn’t seem like it was efficient.

Everyone I spoke with was super friendly & helpful, especially considering I work odd hours & was at the front desk at weird times. Super convenient location & the room was comfortable.

I would have given them a 10/10 but there wasn’t a microwave in the room, and self-park was still $42 a night.

The breakfast, the game room where we could play test games we get from gen con. There was not a downside to this location. I am planning on returning next year.

I couldn't get my xbox to connect to the internet, but it wasn't really a big deal. There wasn't anything else I could complain about.

Great customer service. Location was great for my needs. Continental breakfast was delicious!

The walk from the lobby elevators to the Hampton inn side of the hotel was a longer than usual walk. Elevators on Hampton inn side takes you to parking garage

Staff was great.

I thought the bedding was really odd. A matrass pad with dust ruffle between the top sheet and bed spread was interesting. Charging for parking is ridiculous.

Clean rooms

Parking. If you are staying there and pay for parking at check in you should always be guaranteed a parking spot for the length of stay. You should not have to worry everytime you need to leave the hotel that you may not have a parking spot when you get back. There is no other close parking around there either.

Nice hotel and great location downtown to access any activities in Indianapolis.

We were really excited to see our floor had a breakfast area but was not opened on Saturday morning. The lobby needs a larger breakfast seating area. We had to take our breakfast back to our room.

The room, the location, the staff were helpful. The wine and whiskey happy hour was nice

The breakfast was pretty sparse. They ran out of orange juice on my second day and did not get any more for the remaining days.

Location to convention center was a 16 minute walk. Next to the canal and close to a Kroger. Safe, clean area. Lobby was very comfortable. We did not eat breakfast but the set up looked good. Staff friendly. Held our luggage at checkout since we had a volleyball tournament to finish.
