Convenient for participating in a trade show in the adjacent convention center, which you can reach through a bit of a maze but without ever leaving a building so you'll get there warm and dry no matter the weather! Very attentive staff.

The sound insulation of the windows could be better - outside noise is quite loud still in the room. My colleague hat a room to the back with ventilation fans outside which were as noisy as an airplane. For the room price, this should be improved!

Great location. The room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was good, with a pleasant variety. All the staff was friendly. Shout to Brooklyn at the service desk for going over and beyond working with a special request for us. She was very patient and kind.

Only problem I had was on Saturday night the parking garage elevator was down and had to walk around for entrance. I understand it was up and running very quickly. I needed the extra steps anyway 😌 it was not a big deal.

The location, cleanliness of the room, and the professionalism and courtesy given to my family and by Brooklyn. She was vey helpful to our needs during our stay. Also, the hotel was 5 minutes from the event we went to in the evening.

The parking garage was hard to navigate in order to find a parking space. When we returned from our evening event it took me 30 minutes driving in circles to find a parking space.

It was close to the convention center, the rooms were clean, the staff was very courteous, and I did enjoy the complimentary breakfast every morning.

Occasionally I had to scour the parking garage to find a decent spot to park my car. However, that isn’t the fault of Fairfield or JW Marriott; it merely comes with the territory when you’re in the heart of the city. C’est la vie.

Staff was great. Room was nice. Breakfast was excellent. Hotel was quiet. Parking was convenient. Access to Lucas Oil Stadium via skywalks, without going outside, was unexpected and greatly appreciated.

Bed pillows were weirdly cylindrical and uncomfortable. Mattress was not plush. One elevator moved up a little, then back down with a thump. After 3 times of this, we got out and used a different elevator.

Conveniently placed in downtown Indianapolis.

I did not like the fact I was charge an extra $300 just incase I smoked anything in my room. If people are traveling on a budget this could really ruin their trip. This charge shouldn’t be add when you check in. This wasn’t on the property but more on the company that owns it.

Hotel have nice Breakfast Good view to the street and museum Coffee machine is good , but you may have to replace with a modern one (Capsulated) & water boiler for tea

Room have a small area but close to the conference, Mokete is not so clean cleaning services & Towels changing after the first day not done small things but have a good impression {no water bottles in the frig or beside the coffee machine No welcome drink }

Good value for money, central location, clean and equipped with all necessary amenities. Parking was easy in the underground garage. Nothing fancy, but overall it’s a nice hotel for affordable price.

My room overlooked the wall of the neighboring hotel and the noise of the air vent outside was quite loud.

Room was clean and bed was comfortable. Front desk clerk was the only staff we interacted with during our stay but they were friendly and helpful. We were attending a concert at TCU Amphitheater and appreciated being able to walk to the event.

When we went to leave, our room key would not work at the parking garage to let us out. It said invalid credentials or not enabled. So we had to call to have them let us out. Also finding the self parking and knowing that you had to go there was a bit confusing.

Facilitar was clean and staff very kind.

No water on the toilet, I reported it to the front desk, we went to have breakfast and by the time we came back it had not been checked yet. Even though we only stayed one night it was very uncomfortable. Also the extra fee for parking, it should be a courtesy not an extra expense.
