I've been staying at JW MARRIOTT Indianapolis since the first WWETT edition (more than 10years) and I've always chosen it, year after year. I love the position. rooms are clean and well organized. the bathrooms - now renovated - are really confortable.

Last week we were negatively surprised by the change concerning breakfast. the possibility to have buffet breakfast as we always had at the OP was perfect, considering that we are there for business. this year we only found the possbility to have breakfast a la carte at the High Velocity but the first morning it took so long, even if we reserved our table the evening before, that we decided not to have breakfast the days after. it's really a pity!

great sized room, overlooking the river, exceptionally clean, nice modern decor and really comfortable. They gave us adjoining rooms as we took our two teenaged sons away with us. Room rates were excellent, valet parking was good value too compared to other cities and hotels we stayed in. Ate in the restaurant, food was nice, bar staff were really friendly and remembered your drinks etc even though we only stayed two nights. Shame as it was the off season as the Italian restaurant wasn't open, but that's the only negative!

When we arrived to check in they did not have my room specifications. Through Booking it said I reserved a king bed with a view. But at the hotel they did know what what kind of room preference. The hostess said that happens frequently with third party bookings. It should not. I would have been extremely upset if I had prepaid for a king bed and then found out there was not one available upon arrival. Thankfully there was, and it was not an issue. However, the communication disconnect needs to be resolved.

I loved the location! It was well within walking distance to pretty much everything! The staff was very friendly and made us feel so welcomed! I will definitely stay there again!!

I felt that the price to park in the garage was a little extreme. I would have been ok with the amount if we had used valet. Also we had breakfast brought to our room and for the small amount of food we got, the price was crazy. When I ordered it the night before it had one price but when I signed for it when it was delivered the next morning the amount was almost $20 more. That was a lesson learned, I won't do that again.

I really enjoyed the staff, they were super nice and friendly. I also really enjoyed the ambiance of the hotel in general. The “vibe” was exactly what I was looking for.

I specifically wanted a room with a bathtub and I did get that, however the tub was pretty small and the shower curtain was not long enough, so during showers, water sprayed all over the floor. Had to use some extra towels to dry it up. Not a deal breaker though, but that was my only criticism, every other aspect was perfect!

So convenient, the hotel location was central to everything we needed. We walked to shopping, to the concert venue, etc. the Starbucks on site was awesome, the restaurants on site looked nice but we did not try them.

It was loud, when I would step off the elevator, the noise from the restaurant was overwhelming, even past midnight. While in the room, I could hear everyone walking down the hallway and their conversations. While in the bathroom, the noise carried from another room so much that I could hear them gagging and getting sick.

What a such beautiful place!! The best location in town, walking distance to stadiums, breweries and main restaurants!!! Two fantastics in house restauant bar, High Velocity and OP (An Italian one), try the homemade pizzas, aweeeesome! JW will be place in Indiana, always!!!

The breakfast could be better, you can pay an extra amount (u$ 50/day) to have a VIP lounge experience for breakfast and others during the day but I thought the menu could be improved and include more egg options, for example, because they only serve hard boiled eggs!!!

The parking was easy there is a parking garage right on the property and easy to located where to park for quicker access to front desk. The staff will greet you and make sure you are taken care of as soon as you walk in and they’re friendly. We had booked a king room but were upgraded to a corner suite! The view was absolutely beautiful day and night. The room itself was very spacious and comfortable. During our time that we left the room, it was cleaned up a little and sheets were changed. Room service was easy to navigate online with QR code. We just ordered drinks and was delivered very quickly. There are two restaurants but we only tried out High Velocity. The staff are friendly and appetizers are delicious. The location of the hotel is perfect for downtown activities.

I have no complaints. I just like to give a heads up and ask for more pillows or bring one of your own if you like a more firm one. The ones provided are very soft.

We loved everything about our stay, the staff was friendly and the room was very clean. Love the Starbucks inside! Also love the heating/air. It was nice centrally located and not some noisy box unit. Great water pressure in the shower also.

The only thing that was a bummer was that Google claimed this location has a pool, but it does not. That's not the fault of the hotel but maybe should be looked in to so people don't think there is one.

Great service and friendly staff both were amazing in the hotel and restaurants. We had a corner room and our view was amazing. We also got room service, which was quicker than expected. They came with extra bottles of water, which was very kind since we did just order desserts.

Only complaint that I have is that we had to wait over an hour to get into our room. Considering I had called ahead of time to see if we could get an earlier check in and they said yes it will be ready around 2pm. It took us longer than expected because of traffic, ect. We got there around 4pm (normal check in time) and room was not ready. Staff offered us a different room, but I had booked this back in June specifically for a corner room, so we declined and went to High Velocity to have appetizers while we waited. Staff said they would text me once the room was ready, but after an hour I went to front desk to get an update. Staff told me yes the room was ready. It was not a good start to such an amazing and expensive holiday surprise.
