There is so much to list. The rooms are spacious, clean, and well laid out. Our bed was soft. The pillows are large and soft. Room temperature was comfortable and easy to adjust. The bathroom was well laid out and spacious more than enough room to dress in if needed. And almost instant hot water even on the 10 floor. The managers cocktail meet and greet was delicious. And the drinks were good. The food was more than expected. The complimentary breakfast was worth the price of the room. There are so many options, and the fresh fruit was like a full produce aisle. If you took a sample of everything, you would walk away full for hours. They have large swim towels and they are soft too. The pool was a comfortable temperature.

The pool max is 24 people. There were only 2 in it, me and my friend. But the floors were wet and super slippery. Housekeeping came in but did not squeegee the floor. it is a real fall hazard.The hot tub had the timer on the wall for the jets. But jet thed did not jet. It was an intermediate blubbering.

I liked the room. I had the loft which was good including the balcony. The breakfast was actually very nice and the tables were always clean and the staff was very attentive.

Unfortunately to gain access to the building was limited as the corner entrance way was being altered (construction). For the room the upper bathroom would have been a lot better if it had a shower instead of just a bathtub and if the toilet would have been in the bathroom and not the closet that would have been better. As it was I had to go to the shower on the main floor each day. Not the end of the world but for what I paid for the room not what I would have expected. In the kitchen a slightly larger fridge would have been preferred.

Such a beautiful hotel with an elegant, classy feel. The staff was so helpful and accommodating, always eager to assist in any way they could. And the breakfast was delicious. Our suite was spacious and clean.

The worst thing was not the hotel's fault. The on-site parking was extremely expensive. It was added to your room, which was helpful. And the hotel gave you an "in-and-out pass", which made things easier than paying each time you left. But still expensive. And then, if I could change one thing about the hotel itself, I wish the pool was bigger. For the size of the hotel, the pool is small and would get crowded quickly.

Great property, super close walking distance to Monument circle. Area and hotel felt safe and secure. Loved the breakfast options and complementary drinks during the evening reception/social hour. Wonderful staff at check-in and dining. Room was comfortable and spacious. Fast elevators.

$44 daily parking fee, although they do provide in/out privileges. Garage was tricky to find at first and parking spaces were odd. Shower was low on shampoo and conditioner. Hot tub jets don’t work. The handle on the bedroom barn door separating the living area from the suite fell off whenever we opened and closed it from the inside.

I loved how the inside of the hotel was open and the see through elevators were really cool. The breakfast was fantastic. Not only was it included in the price, but the variety was something I have never seen at a hotel.

The hotel was not booked up at all because it was Christmas Eve however our room was not available at 4PM. The room I specifically asked for was not available either. I was supposedly upgraded to another room but it was the same room I had booked just on a different floor. The pool area was nice because it had just been remodeled but the floor surface was VERY slippery. It is not if but when someone IS going to slip and fall

Very comfortable Suite - Room 903. Large lovely bed, two televisions, kitchen equipped with sink, microwave and fridge/freezer. Large very clean bathroom - sink, toilet and shower. Breakfast was delicious. Shahrukh - great guy - Receptionist told me about the zTrip car service which I used for all my travels to different locations during my stay in Indianapolis. Lady called Nita - working on the floor level - with all the hotel guests - was very friendly, helpful and professional.

There was nothing at all that I didn't like. Feedback, you classify your beautiful Hotel as 3-Star. From my experience staying in the Embassy Suites by Hilton many many years ago for business trips with Eli Lilly and my recent stay from 13th - 24th September for my vacation, I would classify your Hotel as 5-Star!!!!! *****

The free breakfast was really good with an omelette station. The location was perfect for walking to all restaurants and Lucas Oil Stadium.

Make sure you pay for your parking when leaving other than adding it to your room charge. If you pay when leaving, you only pay for the actual time. If you add cost to your room they charge per day whether or not it was a full 24 hrs. Example: we paid $56 when leaving garage apposed to $88 which would have been added to our room.

The rooms are beautiful. Clean and spacious. The general manager Mike was a great leader. It shows in his staffs attitude. They’re all very nice and friendly. Jeff at the bar, was great and made the best Chocolate Martinis. Enjoyed our stay!

It’s a negative that there’s no main entrance to the hotel from the street. It requires walking up stairs thru the parking ramp. Also, it clearly states free breakfast and free parking. We had to pay additional $80 to park. It’s on the website. False advertising.

We enjoyed everything. We will be staying with embassy more now that we know about the happy hour drinks. What a great addition! My absolute only issues were small but 1. The bed said king online and definitely was not. But we made it work. Also the bathroom sliding door could use a latch so it stays closed. Other than that- which ain't bad at all, really great stay.

bed was great, super comfortable mattress, pillows, and comforter! breakfast was broad and good! services was very amiable and timely!

Entrance was wonky, weird. Not easy for people or drivers to find. Maybe add something on Washington street level that is more visible. also in the lift and uber apps, the washington street address should come up, not the north Ilionois street address.
